Hello!

In this demo design are more rows and in each row a sidebar has the option sticky enabled.
If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you can build that too by selecting the sidebar that you want to be stationary and select their column and set up the option sticky.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, in our theme we don’t have such an option to achieve that, but we will take in consideration your request.

Thank you!

Hello!

You can delete the title in posts, but only if you will use a cloud/PRO template.
Also, check this article: https://yoast.com/metadata-seo-head-section/

Hello!

Try to add this CSS code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Custom code -> Custom CSS:

.tdb-title-text{
word-break: break-word;}

Let me know about your results!

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, this is working only for the category pages and not for posts.

Hello @brenbrinkman!

Please check about some offsets in that element which you use because normally it should work.

Hello!

If you want a responsive version of your website which is looking similar like on desktop, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme plugin.
Also, you can create mobile pages and assign for your mobile version, so your mobile version will display a design how you built in mobile pages.

Thank you!

Hello!

You don’t need to delete them. You have to upload again the images with problems in Media, and set up again in elements in full size, not cropped versions.
After that try to regenerate also the thumbs because I just explained above you need to do it.

Thank you!

Hello!

In this case, for that post the English version URL is correct because that one was setup there. That error appear when you write a link and that one is not found there.
Check your list of tags in Dashboard -> Posts -> Tags.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please check which page you have set up as your homepage in the WordPress settings, access Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading, and see the first field called “Homepage”.
If you have selected there the page NEWS, then that is a reason why when you modify the homepage the NEWS page reflects the same changes.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, in our theme you can not edit the images like in Photoshop for example.
They are cropped automatically: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/ ; that’s why you can disable the thumbs you are not using. Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
Please give me a screenshot where exactly the issue is, so I can take a closer look into your issue.
That counter you can add wherever you want in the post if you have a cloud template assign for posts. But, for example, you can not split the icons from the counter.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, that option is just for that element.

We are sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello!

5. If you have a responsive version, then you can edit the post with TagDiv Composer, click on mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; click on the element and delete the form.

6. 7. You can delete those elements how I explained already above at point 5.

8. In our theme we have a setting when you edit the post template with TagDiv Composer. You need to disable that setting like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/JaSHpq10Y

9. You should be able to delete with TagDiv Composer like in point 5, click on the element and you can simply drag & drop the element at the bottom of the page or just press the button delete when the element is selected.

For example – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/
In that case the max upload size was limited, increasing it solved the problem. Usually this is the main cause.

Check this guide carefully and make modifications if needed to have set the requirements as in our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If everything is set properly there should be no problem. Contact your hosting provider if needed and ask them to make changes as the guide suggests.

You can also install the theme by FTP, that is not difficult to do and it’s very useful to know how to use FTP. If our guide is not detailed enough check some more online:
https://dappercodes.com/installing-wordpress-theme-via-ftp/
https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/141-how-to-manually-install-or-update-a-wordpress-theme
https://www.shoutmeloud.com/install-wordpress-theme.html

If you want, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

Hello!

Unfortunately, this is the single option you have there.
The cloud templates do not have PHP files because they are stored in the database as custom post types.

Hello!

Of course you can remove the AMP plugin, but how I said before we haven’t another tested plugin. The Mobile Theme was built to support the official AMP plugin from Google.

Thank you!

Hello!

I can not see your screenshot.
I think you should modify the contents of the sidebar with TagDiv Composer in order to display whatever you need there.

Thank you!

Hello!

If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you can edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer plugin and easily delete any element from there by drag & drop the element in the red area from the bottom of your page or just simply click the element and you will see a recycle bin basket there to delete it.
For more information about this plugin, you can check our tutorial from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
