The flexblock 3 has the structure like that:
~ first module with big picture in which you can have excerpt
~ second module with another some little pictures in which you can not add excerpts
So, you can not enable excerpts for module 2.

The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Our theme can only display the posts which have at least 1 of the category you specify in the filter of the block, so you can not make it display only the posts which have both categories.

If you use also child theme, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results. Without Mobile Theme plugin, Woocomerce should work well.

Like I explained you above, if you have the plugin installed and active you should be able to edit the page with TagDiv Composer plugin, click the element and change the color from the element settings. To use our plugin you need to have also our theme installed and activated.

Please note that WPML is used but is not a tested plugin with Newspaper Theme. So, if you have the plugin active, then the composer will generate that errors because they are not compatible.
