The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

Please note that you can use only one builder at the same time, I mean WP Bakery or TagDiv Composer plugin.

Yes, that is true, but unfortunately, the theme was not tested with the latest version of WPML. That is what I meant.
