Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.

When you use scroll to class, then the button want to find that element with the class in the page and ignore the link you had before. This is the functionality of the feature “scroll to class”. So, if you don’t have anymore that element, then the button don’t apply any action.

I checked your website and it seems you use a default header template.

When you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please verify if you have installed WPBakery plugin and please deactivate it.
Do not use both page builders on the same page.
For the moment, the only solution is to shift from WPBakery to Composer.
