Hello,

Please provide more details to what the problem is exactly as I cannot see anything wrong with it now.

Hello,

Sorry but the main login position cannot be changed from the top bar.
As for the images issue, please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

Thank you!

Hello,

This means the social counter plugin must be updated on your end. Please disable and delete the current version you have installed now and then install it again from the main theme package you download from envato .

Thank you!

Hello,

Please check your custom css as it could not be compatible in the current version anymore.

Thank you!

Hello,

We have not tested that plugin together with our page builder so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. You will have to test it and see. The plugin is designed for wpbakery visual composer. Our page builder is very different from the visual composer of wpbakery and it will most likely not support the plugin which was created for another builder.

Thank you!

Hello,

You will have to style the page in the tagdiv composer to your preference. That page was created before the tagdiv composer was born so it could not work properly in the new builder. It was meant to provide an example of how the shop page can look, but not provide a predefined template. Please use the tagdiv composer and create the shop page to your own liking using the tagdiv composer elements together with woocommerce elements: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

Thank you!

I’m not sure what you mean. Your site images seem to display just fine. What images are not showing up without shadowsocks ? I recommend disabling all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

I will need the live example as well. If you are not comfortable sharing your website here, you can do so via email at contact@tagdiv.com

Sorry but css does not have such functionality. It cannot auto adjust it’s values. It is a static language.

Thanks.

Hello,

It seems you have a resize on your images. The theme does not add any resize. Please disable all image optimization you might have added and test again. also test without any plugins as they can also affect images.
I tested this on my end but could not replicate the issue. AN image added to a column text stretches to the full width available: https://www.screencast.com/t/qqMeHCsF

Hello,
If the ads get delivered randomly, then the theme has nothing to do with it. The ad system renders the code. Maybe you have a caching issue that affects the ads. Please disable all caching for testing purposes and only use wp super cache and cloudflare afterwards.

https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Thank you!

Hello,

For the sharing icons, please make sure you clear all caching including browser cache.
Test from a different browser to make sure.

As for the module height, sorry but there is no simple method to have it display properly on all devices with half the size. It needs adjusting for each viewport in particular. We suggest hiring a freelancer to help out as we cannot offer a solution via the theme support.

Thank you!

Hi,

Maybe you do not have the proper theme version or the multi-purpose plugin installed.
Please make sure you update your theme by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

And then install the multi-purpose plugin from the theme plugins section: https://www.screencast.com/t/bBzjpZlkP3f

Thanks.

Hello,

If you limit it to 1 post only, then you can use this css in the theme panel-> custom css box:

@media(max-width:767px){
.td-trending-now-post{
overflow:visible!important
}
.td-trending-now-wrapper{
padding-bottom:16px
}
}

Thank you!

Hello,

Maybe you have updates set to automatic and a plugin got updated and the new version is not compatible anymore with the theme. Please test this without plugins. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello,

Wp super cache is the tested and recommended plugin to usew with our theme. W3 total cache has gzip as a bonus and it is not actually “required” for a caching plugin. WP super cache works just fine without gzip but you need it to increase the page loading speed.
Please only use wp super cache and these settings:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/cache/
for cloudflare: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
As for the gzip compression and other optimization needed for proper page loading speed, please use this guide:

Ok, it means the php version was to blame. Please only use up to version 7.1.0

Hello,

We have no reports of this issue. Please try this without plugins as it could be a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sure it can be disabled. Please access the block settings for the block that has he infinite load pagination. This guide should help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Hello,

Sorry but unfortunately there is no such option in our theme for the moment. We will look into it for future updates though.
