The Visual composer plugin is provided in the theme package, and updated along with the theme updates. There is no need to enter a license code, it is provided pre-activated. The activation messages can be ignored because it does not prevent you from using this editors features. When a new update for Visual composer is available, it will be available as soon as possible in a theme update.

No it does not go to a 404 but clicking on a link on our forum directly from a search will add the bold tags that highlight your searched items inside the url itself

If on your end it does not show up, it could be a plugin conflict as we have seen plugins remove theme settings before.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

It seems the update was not done properly. The images are indeed missing but so is the markup for them. This does not seem to be a theme issue. Please switch to a wp default theme and see if the images still work. The theme does not have the ability to remove your content.
Try it out on wp default theme and if the images are back, try to install the theme properly using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/

Also I saw that it is a Theia post slider. Please note that it was not tested with our theme. We only tested Revolution Slider so I cannot say for sure if a plugin update did not break the slider and if it will work properly at all with our theme. I cannot say for sure about untested plugins.

Hello,

If you want a bigger logo, you will have to use a different header style. The logo is shrunk to the size of the container as the space is needed for the ad besides the logo. You cannot have a bigger logo and the ad on the same line as there is not enough space for both to fit. If you want to use a bigger logo please use header style 9, 10 or 11 which show the full logo without changing it’s size.

I have tested your page but it is visible in mobile devices. I cannot see the issue you mention.

I understand what you mean about the docs and videos, but they are all created with the assumption people who use wordpress theme,s know what wordpress is and what can be done through the wordpress settings. If you lack the basic knowledge I would suggest starting with a few basic wordpress tutorials to learn how pages are made, how posts are created and how they belong in categories, and how to build and set a homepage. For the homepage for instance, wordpress provides 2 options. Either a list of your latest posts, or a page you create and select for it. I assume you have the list and do not know where to dfind the settings for it. OPur theme uses templates for all the wordpress specific pages such as the one you use. These templates are found in the theme panel-> template settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/mh1qwGmDX9
Under the wordpress templates, you will find the theme way of setting the default predefined templates used by wordpress. The theme ad’s it;s style to these pages but since they are predefined by wp, they cannot be edited in the page builder. The same goes with the categories for posts.

You can do it in visual composer as well. The woocommerce plugin is open to custom pages as shop pages so you can create it with whichever builder you want.

Yes indeed, we did not copy visual composer. We did not add all of it’s features in our builder. Some options are missing for the moment but we do plan on adding them in.

You cannot add the features that are not present, yes, because they have not made it into the builder yet, but not everyone uses the extra options you mention like search box, rss, etc.

There will be more elements for the page builder for sure in future releases as this is our plan.

You should contact the code provider and ask for specific wordpress embed methods as We did not test this player and do not know of it’s functionality or how it should be added. I can only guess where it has to go but I do not know of a solution as we are not the code creators and cannot provide a specific instruction into how this should be implemented or not. Sorry.

This happens because you changed the line height on the block titles from the theme panel.
A minimum of 35 px is required for the elements to display properly in this font size.
You now have iot set to 22 px.

Depending on the demo you have installed, the theme can change all the colors at once or just the exterior of the site.

The interior cannot be changed from the theme panel but there are theme demos that change this functionality like the old fashioned demo which changes the interior of the containers as well: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_old_fashioned/

If you do not use this demo then yopu will be able to change the exterior using the theme panel option mentioned above and then use a custom css to change the ‘interior’ color like so:
