Hello,
Your content has a width of 1068px: https://www.screencast.com/t/nGvqVsp3N2
I cannot see any 1020px width. Posts have the same width and category pages the same.
Please provide an example of where dos the 1020px width occur.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you do not have the featured category anymore you could have deleted it by mistake. You can simply create a category named: “Featured” and with a slug named “featured” so you can add posts to it to mark them as featured posts.
Thank you!
Hi,
But why would you click the font link in order to see what is loaded?
If you click the font off course you will see all subsets but that does not mean that they are all loaded. The subsets must be present in that link so the theme can pick the ones you select in the theme panel. It is a google link. The theme cannot change anything on that link except what it grabs from that link. In your case it only grabs the subsets: subset=latin%2Clatin-ext
if you click on the link you see the font source with all the subsets a font supports. Not the ones selected by you in the theme panel.
Thank you!

Hello,
I just tested this on my end. I downloaded a new image of 800×600 and checked the thumb sizes. There was not one that was bigger than the image itself: https://www.screencast.com/t/czCGsrBl
And this is a fresh install with no image optimization added at all. Maybe you have something that affects the images on your end that causes the issue. Please try to disable all plugins and optimization tools used, clear any custom code and clear cache and cdn (do a back-up beforehand though) then try to images again without any external influence.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can try this solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/small-author-image-just-before-the-author-name-after-the-title-of-the-post/page/2/.
It will only work for posts though. On pages using our theme blocks and modules, this will not work.
Thank you!
Hello,
What slider are you referring to? Is it a revolution slider? For this you must update the mobile theme plugin by disabling and deleting the one you currently have installed and installing the new one found in the main theme package along with the theme.
Then you have to place the revolution slider shortcode in the mobile editor on pages: https://www.screencast.com/t/oiBUwwFO
Thank you!
Hello,
If you cannot see the images, it could be a plugin conflict and not a theme update issue. You probably have a js error in your browser console that breaks the lazyload animation. Try to find which one of your plugins causes the issue and remove/replace it. This is done by disabling all plugins at once, clearing the cache and resetting/purgins cdn files if you use it. Then re-activate the plugins one by one testing your site after each one to see which one causes the images to break
Or it could not be a plugin at all and it could be a custom modification you made or your child theme that need updating as well. The child theme is not update proof. Try to switch to the main theme to test it out.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
It is the same on all menu items. The code works: https://www.screencast.com/t/0xeQecXdy7h and https://www.screencast.com/t/InFwdFiEyrId
You are not adding the custom css in the correct code box however. You use the mobile theme. the code must go into the mobile theme custom css not the main theme custom css: https://www.screencast.com/t/DXOlO1JlekK5
That was the missing link to this problem :).
Thank you!
Hello,
We try to release an update each month but development sometimes takes longer and we delay a bit but the usual plan is one update each month (if there are no emergencies and require a quick dot revision that is).
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for your appreciation
The ad code is present on your site but it is not yet delivered by google. Test it out on a wp default theme inside the post content so you can exclude the theme’s intervention. Youi can also try it through a plugin like adrotate to see if the ad gets through but in most cases the ad if it;s a new google account can take up to a week+ until it gets delivered. I suggest waiting a bit until adsense delivers the ads.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this guide as not all the files in wp_booster will work from the child theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
The files that work are mentioned in the guide. Unfortunately td_module will not work from the child theme. You will have to change it in the main theme files.
Thank you!
Hello,
You will have to optimize your site as you need to make a few adjustments:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcolourfulathletes.com%2F&tab=desktop
Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide an example so we can recreate it. How was it before the update and how is it not working after?
Thank you!
Hello,
The modal image requires the image to link to the media file itself, not any other link. It needs to be on your server in the media library for the lighbox to work. Right now the image is not working at all: https://www.screencast.com/t/0ojxVdTw
The lighbox will not work with images that are not hosted locally. The lightbox will not work with external images, Sorry.
Thank you!
Hello,
Our ad boxed will not support php code unfortunately. Php code can only be executed from the theme files for the moment. IF you need this on the front-end, you can try a plugin that can provide such functionality. We have not tested any though so I cannot offer any recommendations.
Thank you!
Hello,
target=_blank is the proper code to use if you want to open a link in a new tab. Please provide more info on how you are implementing it though. A link should look like so:
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_target.asp
Thank you!
Hello,
Please use the guide above and regenerate your thumbnails.
Let us know if you still have problems with images afterwards.
Thank you!
Hi,
I only see Latin on that output link.
Here is how ALL subsets look like:
‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Princess+Sofia%3A400%7COpen+Sans%3A300italic%2C400%2C400italic%2C600%2C600italic%2C700%7CRoboto%3A300%2C400%2C400italic%2C500%2C500italic%2C700%2C900&subset=arabic%2Cbengali%2Ccyrillic%2Ccyrillic-ext%2Cdevanagari%2Cgreek%2Cgreek-ext%2Cgujarati%2Chebrew%2Ckhmer%2Clatin%2Clatin-ext%2Ctamil%2Ctelugu%2Cthai%2Cvietnamese&ver=7.8’
Thank you!
Hello,
The theme width is fixed. If you are referring to the posts added through the demo content, they have a padding added to each paragraph that makes them narrower: https://www.screencast.com/t/LxIO0Gv1ei
If this is not what you mean, please provide more details so we can better understand how to help .
Thank you!

Please create a new topic if your issue is not related to the topic you reply in. This is a wordpress question , not a theme related issue. You can find a solution here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/word-document-directly-onto-blog

Hi,
Try to add this code in the widget area in a standard text box:
<a href="http://www.lavorofacile.info" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.ilquotidianodellitorale.it/wp-content/uploads/lavoro-300x600.jpg" width="300" height="610" alt="lavoro-300x600" /></a>

Hello,
This is no bug. It is a simple check we added to prevent the use of the big grids on 2 columns.
The big grids were designed to work on 3 columns. They were never intended to be used on 2 columns.
Here is another topic with an explanation and a solution if you still prefer to use them on 2 columns:

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
