I assume it’s a tab or accordion element you are referring to. Unfortunately there is no way of controlling the element jumping at the top because the users usually reads content from top to bottom. If you change tabs/accordions and the content is not at the top, the user has to scroll to top to be able to read anything.
It is the default implementation used on multiple elements. Sorry but this behavior cannot be changed easily.

Shortcodes are not a general thing that works with every builder or theme out there. Visual composer has it’s own shortcodes. But if you use shortcodes from another page builder, they will not work with visual composer. Try to find shorcodes that work with visual composer and they will work with our theme as well. But if they are not compatible with the builder, they will not be compatible with our theme as well.
The shortcode plugins are not tested. some of them might work and some of them might not. This is the case with every theme out there. Not all plugins are compatible.

Sorry but our theme width cannot be altered. If you want to see the background on smaller devices, you should zoom out but our theme has no way of controlling the browser zoom. You will have to search for plugins that have this capability.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Our theme will only crop images. it will not enlarge them so if your image is not at least the size of the container (width and height) then you will need to upload bigger images or use an upscale plugin.

This also depends on the page title you type in for your page. If your page is named home it will show home->home
If your page is named page it will show heme->page

Bogdan B. Unfortunately no. We have not tested any utm codes with our theme so I cannot provide any insight on this issue Sorry. You should search for a plugin that can handle this type of tracking system. Do they work on a wp default theme without breaking the layout?

Bogdan B. Bogdan B. Bogdan B. On the mobile theme there is no smartlist 7 or smartlist 1. It is a single smart list and it is called smartlist_mob. It may look similar to 7 though but it is not the same one.
For the ads, our theme provides ad spots for smartlists for desktop and mobile.

Unfortunately our theme does not have such options. You will need a custom search plugin so you can search your items based on different fields. Our theme uses the default search of wordpress so there are no advanced search options. Sorry

Bogdan B. It does not matter what the page was created with. You must add content into the mobile editor found at the bottom of the page edit. If the mobile editor filed is empty, there will be nothing shown on that page on the mobile theme. It;s like having 2 pages. One for desktop and one for mobile. The one for mobile on your end is empty because you did not add anything to it.

Css does not know any structure and what is a category or a sub-category. It only affects what you set it to. It cannot affect sub-categories unless you add the classes to the code.
