This probably means you have an incompatible plugin that is periodically causing the issue. Please deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the featured image again. Also pleas make sure you only use tested plugins as much as possible.

The widgets area is destined for the sidebar and as the mobile theme has no sidebars, there is no way of having widgets on the mobile theme. Sorry. Please read this guide fore more info on the mobile theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you refer to widgets inside pages (visual composer elements) then you cannot use visual composer with the mobile theme.

Maybe you have automatic updates on so wordpress or a plugin got updated automatically and a conflict created itself. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the gallery again.\

Before you use a wordpress theme you will have to understand the basics of wordpress. You will already need to know how to add content to your site using wordpress so you might want to search for a few WP tutorials before using themes. Our theme does not change any default functionality of wordpress on how to add content to a website. A demo adds content to your site: posts, categories and pages. We do not recommend editing the demo content as if you decide to switch demos in the future, the demo content will be removed even if you edited it. We suggest installing a demo without content like this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
And then add your own content to the site.

‘lazyload’ is just an animation in our themes, it is not the classic lazyload functionality that loads images when you scroll towards them. That is why in the theme panel we called it loading animation and not lazyload directly. We never specified anywhere that we have lazyload and images get loaded only when you scroll to them. There is no “fix” yet as this functionality has to be implemented by the developers and it’s their decision if this feature gets implemented.

The DFP ads most likely need another type of implementation you maybe did to newspaper 6 and forgot about it. DFP ads will not work out of the box with our theme so you need to follow this guide to set them up:

@oyvind The fix provided above has to be placed in the mobile theme custom css not the desktop verson as it’s a fix for mobiles only. If you still have the issue on desktop please provide a link to your site so we can onspect it as we do not get any such issue on our end.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. The test again. It could be a plugin conflict. Also if you have any custom code added, please remove it and if you use a child theme please witch to the main theme to rule out any customization issues.

3) Sorry but the modules cannot be modified. They do not have block settings like blocks do. On categories you can only select the style you want to have but the posts will be only in the latest sorting order. You cannot use visual composer on categories.
4) This is the case with css. It affects all of the elements sharing the same classes so the code has to be made proper by a developer that has the time to think of all the possible implications :). Css is a very complex part of a site. Please remove the custom css I provided as it cannot be re-written at the moment as I added !important tags to it. Remove the code and let meknow about it so i can access your site again and provide the correct version of the code that will not affect the mega-menu.

Unfortunately we have not found a viable solution for auto loading posts. The way our theme is set up, makes this modification very tricky to do. If there was a simple solution it would have been made by now but unfortunately things are not always so simple. For the moment there is no viable solution.

3) I think you can extend the support from envato even after it expires. I can’t say for sure as envato makes the rules, not us. We try to make our customers happy and they help us back with a 5 star rating…maybe 🙂
4) Users here on the forum have the ability to edit their reply but it is time-related. You can only modify a reply for a few minutes after you post it…I think it’s about 20 or so minutes. Once this passes, you cannot edit the reply anymore.
5) At the moment THERE ARE NO LIMITATIONS 🙂 We did not limit anyone even if the support expired. We provided support just as we did before. I cannot say for sure about 6 months from now though. 6 months ago support was free of charge so things move kind of fast-paced in this line of work.

The answer uis yes for your first 2 questions. Speedbooster only has that list of compatible plugins and in the system status it will show the first incompatible plugin it detects as it only takes 1 to deactivate the plugin. it will detect the first one ad not detect the others as it deactivates itself.
We have not tested ‘white listing’ any plugins from the code. if you add plugins to the list you might as well remove the detect function and be done with it. You must simply remove the highlighted part and the function will not be there anymore. However speedbooster was only tested with the compatible plugins. We cannot guarantee it will work with any other plugins. It will be a trial and error situation if you plan on using it with all your plugins. For some it may work an move the css and js but for other it could not. Some pl;ugins actually require the css and js to stay at the top and not moved to footer. There are quite a bunch of situations you can face. that is why we added the compatibility in the first place.
this is the cause of your issues with the YTSubscribe and Facebook Login JS/CSS. Speedbooster probably cannot manage to find their id;s or to move them to footer. If speedbooster cannot do this you can try another such tool as our plugin is not the only one that can move js and css to footer.

Different themes have a different style added for the heading tags. In our case the heading 5 simply adds a slightly bigger dont size. It increases from 15 to 17 pixels. If you want to change this implementation you can edit the size fort heading 5 from the fonts section of the theme: http://screencast.com/t/dcmct1q0
This will only affect the front-end though. The backend can only be edited from the editor-style.css file here:

You can add maybe a font-weight:bold; to it in order to make it bold or increase the font as this file will only affect the back-end. They are 2 separate stylessheets so 2 separate elements.

The primary category is either alphabetical or specific. The setting from seo yoast will not influence the sidebar, category tag or other theme specific elements.
