We are not aware of any categories to go missing from the homepage after the update. Please make sure you have not changed anything else or installed a plugin between the time this worked and the time it stopped working. Please make sure you use the latest version of visual composer (4.11.2) and then deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files to rule out a plugin conflict. Maybe your events plugin is not compatible with the new version of visual composer.
I’m not sure where you got the code you showed but if it’s the plugin implementation instructions, then you need to follow their advice and add it where the plugin specifies it. We cannot help in this matter as we cannot offer support for plugin implementation.

If there are problems when activating the child theme, it means that you probably have customization that does not apply to your version of the theme or that the child theme was not updated properly. Please recreate your child theme by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/child-theme-support/ and re-add your customization to the new files you add to your child theme. A child theme is not update proof. Files must be replaced there as well if they were modified in a theme update.

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.

Unfortunately we have not tested the ultimate member plugin so we are not sure if it will work properly or not with our theme. The fact that it was working on other themes is not relevant as every premium theme has it;s own custom code so not all plugins can recognize it. Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have option to display only specific subcategories in the megamenu, all of them will be loaded and displayed. Unfortunately this cannot be done from the child theme. All of the content of the wp_booster folder cannot be rewritten from the child theme. You will have to edit this file in the main theme. The title from the block_template_1.php can be edited in the child theme.

I have checked your site but could not find any missing images. I did however see a js error in your console. This usually causes images to appear transparent because of plugin conflicts mostly. In this case you can either try to identify the plugin causing the issue or you can deactivate the lazyload option but you need to keep an eye open for other issues related to JS namely pagination, the search widget, the mobile menu and so on. If these will not work as well when the images break, then you definitely need to remove the problematic plugin.

This error appears only on module 16. It;s a theme bug that we will fix in the future. Please change this block to another one until the thumbnail bug is fixed in the next version of the theme.

Well, you can’t. If you want to add code, you have to edit code. We do have a few code boxes in the theme for CSS ,JS and HTML but this will not help in adding the HTML in the desired locations. I’m glad you fixed most of the problems. The OG image tag is not set by our theme but rather the seo yoast plugin. We have not included options for this as seo plugins already have them. You can read more about this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
What I’m trying to say is there is a difference between an non existing option and a bug. A bug is an option that does not work. And since our theme has no OG image tag, this is not a bug but a non existent option you can activate through other means.

Unfortunately we do not recommend changing the width of the site at all as the smart sidebar will not be the only element to break. We highly discourage this as you will need lots of customization to adapt every element to the new width. All the theme elements depend on the width you modified. In order to have all the elements display properly again, you need to change their css to fit in the new container size.

Unfortunately we have not tested any alternative implementation methods of the featured image except for the option provided by the theme. This represents a custom implementation so you will probably need to adapt the theme code to the amazon images. Unfortunately we cannot offer any customization services at the moment. Maybe you can try the auto post featured image plugin that grabs the first image of a post and sets it as featured.

Well since you cannot move your localhost to a live server so we cannot inspect it, and since we have no such reports of visual composer causing such issues, you will have to trouble-shoot the issue yourself. Try to use the browser inspector and figure out where the extra space is coming from. We have no idea of why this is happening and we cannot recreate the issue. And since you cannot provide access to your site so we can see inspect it ourselves, I am unable to help any further based on the current circumstances.

The missing images on your site are because the browser cannot find the specific image in it;s path. Please make sure you did not delete any theme files. The placeholders cannot be found. If you do not want to have a placeholder image on your homepage, please make sure you assign a featured image to every post

I have checked your site and on both android and ios the top bar displays at the top of the page. The display: none and display:block css parameters are not OS dependent. They will work on any browser and any OS.
