Another alternative for you would be to use the Cloud Template Library and create a category page with your desired blocks which can be sorted by more options. There is a newsletter element in the tagDiv composer, in which you can enter newsletter codes, currently from only a few providers, however (Mailchimp works)

This element can only be placed on pages at the moment. For post sidebars, you can use a text widget and enter the form code in it.

The theme by itself has no email options, it does not have any settings for mailing confirmations or sending any emails to users. You will have to manage these either through the hosting if they provide such a service, or with a plugin

1)It seems to be strange to this behavior. I have inspected your category page and I saw that problem happened due only for this category page and the code below will be applied only for this page. Use the code below and place it in Theme panel.

2)You should use the code below ->
