Unfortunately, please notice that we have not bad reports in this case, until now! Notice that’s not a problem with our theme in this case, sorry! As a quick solution, if the Google does not index the footer section, try to move all of these links to another part of your website, like Sidebar, for example, and check the results. My advice is to open a new topic at the following from here ->
https://support.google.com/webmasters/community?hl=en, tell this problem and awaiting a response from them because they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

There is a quick fix you can try before this is fixed by us in a theme update, it is mentioned in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-backend-issue-cannot-modify-header-information-headers-already-sent/ Please update the theme again via FTP way and check the results.

First of all, you need to make a full backup to your database and then, you have to remove
your old theme and then add the new theme folder which contains the latest version of the theme. Also, you have not to overwrite because then you will encounter some problems. Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

So, if you want to customize it, you need to do it yourself through the theme core files because this is not a simple task and this one implies doing such additional customizations and we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Also, I have checked your above errors and I saw that you are using the Child Theme. After the 9.7 update, the child theme is limited to just a few files. This is a consequence of the recent modifications to the location of theme files, due to Envato requirements.
