Hi,
There is an option for it in Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tbOh6Ws23
Thanks.
Hello Sirius Pro,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, clear all the caches, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, purge all CDN files and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello artak1985,
Ensure that you have Open Graph tags on your post page if you want to achieve good results when you share a post on Facebook. Notice that our theme does not have any such a control for this section but you should use the Seo Yoast plugin because this one will allow you to edit this section. Check the plugin’s documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ -> https://kb.yoast.com/kb/custom-open-graph-tags/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Benji,
Unfortunately, please keep in mind that the Mega Menu will not work if one of your categories does not have minimum 1 post added to it. This category will not be displayed on your Mega Menu.
If is not what you mean, please provide more information about this together with some useful screenshots with your desired changes.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello giovanni114,
The only way to achieve the latest articles from a certain category is to use a block with this setting -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NbMKIBYL Notice that you should manually choose the category you like to display the latest articles.
If is not what you mean, provide more details with screenshots for a better understanding and also, so I can provide a more accurate response.

Hello damagaff,
First of all, please keep in mind that if you keep replying you will only delay your answer because we answer from oldest to newest. Posting more and more replies will only move your post to the fresher ones and delay the answer further. For future optimal response time, please only post once and wait for the reply as we answer every message. Please wait your turn!
Regarding on 7-day sorting, this element seems to work as expected on my website, without any problems. I suggest you make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing and use the theme only with tested plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, disable the Jetpack plugin because this seems to be a problematic plugin which causes a lot of problems in theme.
Thanks for the message!
Hello cltmaker,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you want. Notice that the logo for header style 7 is already displayed to be in full size. This header style will display the logo in the full width of it.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello Chris,
Make sure that your Custom CSS code is correctly added to the CSS core file. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Should work as expected if the code represents what you want to modify. Notice that all of these tasks involves doing such a custom work and we cannot provide something like this, sorry!

Hello SERGEY ARMISHEV,
I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way to another sub-domain for testing only with required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Before this, check the theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ to be according to this useful guide. Check the system status parameters to be increased like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/

Hello hoffman81,
First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. This error might happen due if you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the js code of the theme and break it. Please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using a Cloudflare system and check the results.
If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.

Hi,
Sorry, if you want to change the order of these elements notice that you should change the HTML structure for this area. It’s not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! As a hint, please edit this core file from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jm1xXtscbf

Hello Equinoctium,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this case and also, we cannot recommend any kind of plugin because we do not make any tests.

Hello snowsbest,
Unfortunately, the mega menu option will grab All of the children in the main category. There is a code solution though if you are comfortable editing the theme files. Please read this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/megamenu-exclude-2nd-level-subcategories/
Thanks for the message!
Hello Equinoctium,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this. Try to find such a plugin for this functionality and check it how it will work with the theme. As an alternative, in this case, notice that you can try using such a block and filter it by latest articles.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Equinoctium,
Please provide your website URL and also, please specify what link you do not want anymore. I need to investigate your website so I can provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hello snowbest,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this. You should create some custom conditions if you want to have some restrictions on your ads. Notice that the Article inline ads are a general rule for the entire website and all the ads which are added in that ad spot will appear for all of your post contents.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello ravejungle,
You should use a bit of CSS code if you want to hide the google ad sense code for a specific post page. Also, use the post ID to target the specific one.
.td-g-rec{
display:none!important;
}
If you want a more accurate code, you should provide your website URL.
Thanks for your understanding!
