Unfortunately, the mobile theme does not recognize any page builder shortcodes and does not exist any such an option that allows you to create your own homepage which displayed only for mobile. Unfortunately, the default order for subcategories displayed in the mega menu is alphabetical. Unfortunately, there is no option to change the categories order, you will need custom modifications for this.
I suggest trying this plugin Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order as I saw that many users use it to change the categories order.

This is just a predefined footer template and the content of it cannot be changed from Theme panel, sorry! Also, if you want to create your own footer template, you should try using the footer template style 5 which allows you to customize it as you want, using the Footer 1,2,3.

Please notice that custom filed is used by the theme to verify if the content is added by WordPress from the backend (it gives 0 value) and if the content is added from the tagDiv composer (it gives 1 as value). It should not be removed because the theme will use this detail. You can check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RaJpjDHdQ5D to see where exactly this code is created. I do not know why you want to remove it because it will be more useful for the theme and it will do not influence any theme results.
