I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some JS errors through your console, as you can see here -> Errors which come from your additional customizations, sorry! I saw that your source code is minified which can cause a lot of unknown issues, sorry! Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just only the bundled plugins and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way on the new sub-domain and check the results.

Sorry but the plugin is not tested with our theme. We did receive word from our users that the standard AMP plugin made by Automattic works properly and there is even a guide on it here:

We have not tried it ourselves, but it is worth a shot.

Yes, you should reinstall the theme via FTP way. After each theme update, you should make a full backup to your database to be safe and to avoid losing your data. You should follow up the FTP way because this is the surest theme’s method for theme’s update, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/.

I have inspected your website and I saw that your featured images are not loaded at your beta site, where you have the latest theme version, sorry! Most likely, this problem happened due to a wrong duplication of your website. Please try again to duplicate your website, as a hint, using the WP Duplicator plugin and check the results. Notice that the theme does not affect your featured images when you make an update. After making these steps, please show me your Media Library so I can see if your images are there or not. Finally, if your problem is still there, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page and also, so we can try making a theme update.

Please notice that our theme was fully tested with the smart sidebar functionality and it seems to work as expected on my side, sorry! Notice that functionality comes from Jave Script and this can be corrupted if you are using some untested plugins which can cause this effect. Try to disable all of them, leave just only bundled plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results. The simplest way to achieving the Gadgets demo is to import the demo at your website and using it with your data/posts/pages. I have inspected your website and I saw that your content has been added with Visual Composer. Also, notice that the mobile theme does not recognize any page builder shortcodes and that’s why you cannot see this content for mobile devices, sorry! If you want to customize your mobile pages with some of the content, notice that you have to do this from Mobile editor which is placed at the bottom of the page editor, under the normal page editor.
