Hello Lavesh,
If you cannot see the images, it could be a plugin conflict and not a theme update issue. You probably have a js error in your browser console that breaks the lazyload animation. Try to find which one of your plugins causes the issue and remove/replace it. This is done by disabling all plugins at once, clearing the cache and resetting/purging cdn files if you use it. Then re-activate the plugins one by one testing your site after each one to see which one causes the images to break
Or it could not be a plugin at all and it could be a custom modification you made or your child theme that needs updating as well. The child theme is not updated proof. Try to switch to the main theme to test it out.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
Hello ncguynet,
You can do it and with Visual Composer but notice that we recommend using our TD Composer because in future updates we will release new features exclusively on our own page builder.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello pavel@earnware.com,
Check your system status parameters and verify if your parameters are increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the result after this.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

To be sure, you will have to do a full backup to your database and then, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Hello Ersoy B,
You should try using the 50px for height value to see the full image on your website. Also, if you will inspect for smaller devices, you will see that you change the height using a bit of CSS code with @media querries.
Thanks for your understanding!

All the custom CSS should have to be placed in Custom CSS box from your Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/oHL0jGV4
You should use the code below ->

Hello capnsmak,
There seems to be an issue with the access token in the current version of the social counter.
Please download this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
And very important: clear all your caching including the browser cache. Example for Chrome: https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
Now the access token should work as before.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello lijojohnsonwk,
For your first request, you should consult our useful guide, Inspector Browser which is presented here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ Leaving from here, you can start and inspect each block and see what is being used, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1z6C10Vb
For the second, notice that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add the icon play on the posts, but only on the thumbs in blocks, sorry! If you want to add this option, you should edit the theme core files and also, edit the post template used by you.
For your latest request, you should make two rows with 2/3+1/3 layout and add into them as you wish and on the second row, on the 1/3 section you should add the td-ss-row extra class, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HwtU1wmkr7x
Hope this helps!

Hello freshmademedia,
I have inspected your website and your single images seems to be right displayed, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2ZCTrqiy All of these are displayed on full row because you have selected the row (1/1 layout like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yifmaV2s3mUY) If you want to setup your single images to have other characteristics, you should check the TD Composer settings, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/T1pFcGzQ6lR
Hope this helps!
