First of all, please disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the required plugins and check the results. Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to move the article bottom ad to be under the sharing bottom ad, sorry! What can you do is to hide or not use the article bottom ad and insert with the do_shortcode method an ad, which have to be placed under the sharing bottom ad?
