I have checked your website, and I did not saw any problem with your site. How do you have tested the mobile version of Ie11? Do you have downloaded a browser for your phone? Please provide more details so I will be able to identify the problem. However, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.

Please try to update your theme because you are using an old version of mobile and theme. First of all, you should make a full backup to your database to be safe. The theme update should have to be made via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Please keep in mind that you never need to buy the Vc with our theme because this plugin comes bundled with the theme packet. Notice that the plugin which is included in theme packet is the best version of Visual Composer which you have to use…it is a built in with the theme. Please try to use only the plugins which are included in theme packet and check the results. Unfortunately, at the moment, the theme do not have any such an option that allows you to change the menu for mobile mode, sorry! If you want to bring this feature you should implement it yourself and change the structure of the menu for the mobile version. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
