Hello anglodb,
You should re-install the latest version of the theme via FTP way, use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I suggest you install the theme again via this way because this is the surest method in this regard. A bad theme installing can cause this type of issues and that’s why it is very important to make a new fresh install from scratch and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello boersma,
There is no problem in our TagDiv Gallery. Notice that is the look and design for this feature and if you want to change it, you should use a custom CSS like in the above example. I do not understand why you said that there is a problem because it does not exist it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello TheNetzwerker,
I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems with your Ads on your Widget. Everything seems to work as properly, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UN68cytSw1 I do not exactly understand your request, sorry! So, please notice that if you will use the AdBlock, this will block your ads and that’s why these will not be displayed.

Hello Cstenzinger,
I have checked your website and I saw that you have some errors in your Console and also, you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Try to revert the theme to a default state, without any additional customization and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello femprez,
You should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I do not know what settings you made, sorry! Probably you break the site. Make a full backup to your database and make a new clean install from scratch.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello jmeskunas,
Unfortunately, it seems to be a problem with your database. Probably, this is corrupt. You can try to make a new clean install with another database and you can try to copy and then paste the specific table with your widgets in the new database. Copy them from old database to new database and check the results. Also, you can try to see the following tutorial here -> https://www.maketecheasier.com/fix-corrupted-wordpress-database-2/ and maybe you can save your database. -> https://www.maketecheasier.com/fix-corrupted-wordpress-database-2/

Hello srs,
Please follow this topic for a few possible solutions https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-does-not-have-valid-header/
If you still cannot install it, though, install it manually via FTP. Oddly when WordPress installed via Server panel, there can be some odd permission stuff, and it sometimes can be a headache.
I have checked your website, and I saw the Analytics code at the left top of your site. Check the Google Analytics field and put in between script tag like this <script>your code</script>. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello roqeem,
If you want to avoid these double images, you should try using the post template style 5 because this template will not display the featured image in post content. For more information about post template, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-post-templates/
