Hello dap4890,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Check your system status and increase the parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

.td-doubleSlider-1 .td-slide-item .td-slide-caption span {
margin-left: 30px!important;
}
.td-gallery-slide-copywrite{
margin-right:30px!important;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/U11vjO5OvG

Hello Akshay Upadhyay,

Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized. Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services is not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit to our requirements.
Please keep in mind that at the moment, we cannot provide optimization services because this task involve time-consuming and we do not afford to do this, sorry! We only can provide support for basic theme settings.

Hello Zack,

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? Firstly is loaded a default font/settings and then will appear your custom font/settings/custom CSS. This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, I suppose that you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello Girltrotteuse,

It may be a js error that causes the theme lazyload animation to break and cause all images to get an opacity of 0 thus making them transparent. Try to disable this from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/dlNbhT0QO1 Please disable all plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Also, if the problem is still there, you should provide your website so I can take a closer look inside it.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

Hello News Stamps,

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme for your mobile mode, right?
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

Hello SteveWA,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to filter your posts by your Custom Taxonomy, sorry! The theme has been designed to use only Categories for filtering. If you want to achieve this feature, you should edit the td_data_source.php and add there some conditions to include this feature, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/URhMrsy2ivtn Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not some good coding skills and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello Omeguis,

You should re-install the latest version of the theme via FTP way, use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Hello Sachin Guleria,

Please keep in mind that our Facebook Sharing feature works as expected, without any problems. So, I have made a test with one post of our demo and the Facebook Debugger returns no problems, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ah0en7h6 Since our demo goes right by your side means that should go properly. First of all, please try to revert the theme to the default state, if you are using some untested plugins try to remove them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. It is possible that your untested plugins to interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello ipcs,

Furthermore investigation, we have noticed that is a problem with these types of lists on pages through adding them with Visual Composer. You do not use Visual Composer in this regard and you should create them in Classic Mode with TinyMCE Editor, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ycvIPJ18Z and the result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/swZAxs0s
