Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry! As a suggestion, you should try using the AdRotate plugin and check the results. Regarding the cache on the server, we can not give any reference because it varies from server to server and is not a problem related to the theme.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to display the post views counts only for certain posts, sorry! If you want to do this, you should use a bit of CSS code. I have checked your website and I saw that you have some errors in your console as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JkXmOz1gY and also, I have noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues like these. You should try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, yo should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.
