Please keep in mind that is not the normal theme behavior, sorry! If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of these, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN and check the results. Also, if you have some additional customizations through the theme code, please get rid of them and try to use the theme on the default state and check the results. Our demo preview works as properly in this way, without any issues, which means that the theme does not have any problems.

Please try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. It is possible that all of these to interact with the theme core file and break the responsiveness of the theme. After this, if the problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, clear all your, purge CDN files and check the results. Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! If you have some smart lists and if you want to change its formats to a normal post format you should take each smart list and turn off the smart list type feature. If you want to make this automatically, you should create a script which does this through the code. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Please keep in mind that it is the default size of the thumb which fit this section and the theme was designed in this way. This plugin is part of tested plugins with our theme, and it should work as properly with the theme if you set correctly according to with its documentation.

Most likely, you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. You should try to delete all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that the Ajax View Count is fully tested and compatible with our theme and it seems to work as expected. Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry!

First of all, please check your system status and check if your Speed Booster is active, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sGQtzFvO It is possible to be disabled if you are using some untested plugins with the theme. In this case, the Speed booster will be automatically disabled.

The Speed Booster is an optional plugin, and it works only with the tested plugins.If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/

After you have ensured that this plugin works, you will have to check if this will move the style.css on the footer (check the source page and see how it works -enable it and check the results and then disable it and check the results). By default, this plugin will have to move to the footer the style.css and other render blocking. So, if it will work, it means that should have to work and for your instructions. Also, ensure that you have used the right ID’s in your want to see the good results.

Notice that we cannot provide optimization services and also, we can point you in the right direction through some suggestions. You should do it yourself all of these tasks.
