Hello markangus,

You should re-install the latest version of the theme via FTP way, use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I suggest you install the theme again via this way because this is the surest method in this regard. A bad theme installing can cause this type of issues and that’s why it is very important to make a new fresh install from scratch and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello mskeshia,

You should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full, .td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block!important;
}
}

Notice that after this code is needed for some additional customizations if you want to bring best results. You should do it yourself because all of these involves custom work and we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry!

Hello saucemonsters,

The post view count is off for public? Do you have hidden with CSS? Please notice that the post view option should have to be enabled if you want that your Popular 7 Days to work as expected. If is not active, the theme does not know what type of posts are popular (most viewed) if the post view counter is inactive, sorry!
Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello saucemonsters,

If you want to make these changes, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

background-color: green;
font-size:15px;
}

Hello Ramesh,

Do you update the theme to 3.3.1 version? If you have not do it you should do it now because in the latest version of the theme, was introduced the option to disable logging section. Please notice that since now, if you will have a log-in on your website and if you do not have the https you will see the no-secure message. You should have the https. For more references about this regard, you should read the following information posted by Google, like this -> http://www.pcworld.com/article/3118164/security/google-chrome-to-start-marking-http-connections-as-insecure.html

Also, if your problem is still there, please try to translate manually your strings from the theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/s6bfE5NI6t

Hello newbietamvan,

Please notice that our theme does not enlarge (stretch) the image but only crop these. If you want to bring best results in theme, you should use a picture with high quality (HD for example). As you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xwiD4mang your size image is too short than the container and that why it is not fit as expected. Try to change the image and load another one which having a larger size. After this, use the Regenerate thumbnail with Force Regenerate, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello fitore,

We have tested the theme security rigorously before releasing and also it was tested and analyzed by Envato reviewers and if would have any security issues would not pass their reviews.
Checking our demo too can be seen that is no thread there so can’t be a theme’s issue: http://screencast.com/t/hfBXLFGJSqzD
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also, I found here some resources that may help you fixing this issues: http://smackdown.blogsblogsblogs.com/2008/06/24/how-to-completely-clean-your-hacked-wordpress-installation/http://vivavivugeek.blogspot.ro/2014/03/detect-and-remove-spam-seo-blackhat-seo.html
If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, use only the required plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hope this help.
Thanks!

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! If you want to change the Archive template, you can do it from Theme panel->Template Settings, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/09cRuKFlH As a suggestion, you can use the module M9 for Archive template and then if you are unhappy with this, you can edit the module_9.php and customized as you like through the code. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello Serd,

Please check this section here -> http://screencast.com/t/p0wVxyhO4UW from your Theme panel because there you will found the sizes for our thumbs which are used in our theme. Also, please notice that if you want to bring best results in our theme you should use HD images because the theme will cut depending on your thumb used. First of all, please update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I have tested on my side and the Twitter share button seems to work as properly.

Hello ruslangr,

First of all, you should remove all your untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
