Please keep in mind that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin, do you know? Do you read the documentation for this type of plugin and which is the functionality? The mobile theme will display you another type of homepage to your desktop page. Also, if you are unhappy with it, you should simply disable the plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile version.

1)Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for Big Grids, sorry! If you want to add this functionality you should edit the theme core file and trying to write the code for this.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which come bundled with the theme packet and if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you have some additional customization through the theme please try to disable all of them, revert the theme to the default state and check the results. Also, you should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate Plugin and Force Regenerate plugin. Please keep in mind that the theme panel settings does not cover the Visual Composer elements. If you want to make some changes in this regard you should create your own CSS for this. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Please keep in mind that the theme only displays the video, and that’s all. If this was recorded in the landscape mode, the video will fit all the black spaces and if the video was recorded in portrait mode the video will be loaded portrait and you will have these two black edges.
