The theme will not automatically update if you do not use Envato WordPress plugin. Please notice that our theme can be updated using three ways, as you can see here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ We recommend using only the FTP method because this is the surest way in this regard.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to set a background color for a temporary time, sorry! If you want to implement this feature you should do it yourself through the code or you should try using some plugin which has this functionality. Please notice that we cannot help you in this regard because this is not a simple task and involves some customization which involves time-consuming until achieving a good result and we cannot afford this, sorry!
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately, we cannot make any recommendation regarding on subscription plugin because our theme has not been tested with any plugin in this regard, sorry! Please keep in mind that the Jetpack plugin is too complex one which has a lot of modules and not all of them work well with the theme, sorry! You should try to find another plugin which has this functionality and see how it will work with the theme.

I suppose that you have some problem with your theme install. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of it which is Newsmag 3.2 and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet (Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1). Please ensure that you have installed all of these, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Your Theme panel->Ads Section should look like this -> http://screencast.com/t/x2NrdQtnQnYc If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of these and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB.

Please try to clear all your caches because maybe you have a strong caching plugin and that’s why all your settings which are made will not be applied. Also, if you want to hide a sidebar for a particular page you can use a bit of CSS code to do that. You will have to find the page ID for your desired page and then you should use the code below ->

I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

Please notice that the mobile theme is fully compatible with the theme. This type of errors maybe appears if you have some server cache and if you are using the CDN system. Please try to purge all your CDN files, clear all your caches and request to your hosting provider to clear all the server caches if you do not have any permission in this regard and then check the results.
Also, if you are using some untested plugins, ple3ase try to disable all of them and install only that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
