I have checked your source page and I noticed that you are using some untested plugins with our theme. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Please ensure that you have fully downloaded the latest version of the theme from your Theme Forest account. (Newspaper 7.3) and then please try to update this using the FTP method because this one is the surest method in this regard. For more information about this, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If your problem is still there after this advice, please try to make a new clean install from scratch, with the latest version of the theme and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

What kind of caching plugin do you are using in the theme? Please notice that our recommended caching plugin is WP Super cache. If you are using another one which is not tested with the theme, it could be possible to interfere with the theme and cause this issue. Please try the theme only with bundled plugins and check the results.

Unfortunately, our theme does not manage feeds and there are no options for feeds in the theme panel. You will have to use a few RSS plugins that can help you on your task. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend any as we have not tested any.

This is not an issue because the 404 error appears because you access a non-valid URL. You will have to delete the old version of ti and then from Premium Plugins you will have to install the version which comes bundled with the theme. Do you refer to the policy of the theme? Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB.

First of all, please try to download again the latest version of the theme from the Theme Forest because we have fixed the issue regarding on Mobile theme but the version of it has not been changed…it is still 7.3 version.
You can notice that the Mobile theme is part of our latest improvements to our theme and is too different than the Mobile Responsiveness version which was until now and which is in the present available if you disable the Mobile theme plugin. Please keep in mind that the mobile theme has been designed to have very basic structure just to be very fast and simple to use. The Mobile Theme will display you 1 Big Grid to the top of your homepage, filtered by your Featured post, some content but only if you added this in Mobile Editor and in the bottom of the page you get the Latest Articles module. All of these elements are set it by default and you cannot change this but only if you want to alter the code. If you are unhappy with this, you can simply turn off the mobile theme plugin and the theme will be switched to the normal responsive mobile which displays you all the elements which are in the desktop version, adjusted to mobile mode.
