Unfortunately, we know about the firefox browser issue and if you test our demo in it: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ you will see similar results (our demo is a bit better optimized but the effect is still present)
There is little we can do about it as it’s a browser issue. The browser has flaws on every type of animation.
Sorry for the inconvenience but Mozilla needs to step-up their game.
As for the mobile included browsers, if Mozilla has such issues then not much can be expected of these browsers as well.
Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot fix browser issues. A browser renders elements the best it can. Some browser’s best is not enough I’m afraid.

I have tested on my side with the SAY WHAT demo style, using a long title for the main menu and the results you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/CoLUY7ZCcpuC We have no problem in this regard and I guess that the problem is only to your site, regarding on your settings. Please try to make a new fresh/clean install from scratch and check the results. Clear all your caches and use only the plugins which come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
If you need more assistance in this regard and if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and also, so I can identify the source of this problem. If you do not provide your website URL, I cannot help you because I have tested on my side with SAY WHAT and I cannot recreate this issue.

Please notice that the Mobile Theme is an additional plugin of our theme and it is optional. This feature can be disabled from the panel is you will turn off the mobile plugin. If you will do that, the theme will be switched to the default responsiveness mobile version and this will bring all your customizations which you have done for the mobile version. As you can see, the mobile theme is totally a different template and if you want to customize it as you want, you will have to add all your custom CSS code in the certain field from Mobile Theme, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/iaPKq1eg

Also, please notice that you can use a bit of CSS code to target these H Tags. For example, for pages, you can use the code below ->

Please keep in mind that Visual Composer come bundled with our theme and you will have to use only the version which comes with the theme and not other to achieve better results. Our latest version of the theme is Newspaper 7.1.1 and the right version for required plugins are -> Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1.
As you can see, all the plugins are in constant development. Each plugin will have to be checked with our theme for a good working and this process it may take a while. For example, the latest version of Visual Composer is 4.12 and the latest version of the plugin which has been tested with our theme is 4.11.2. In the future, after our developers will check this latest version of Visual Composer with the theme and they will find that the theme does not need to do some adjustments for, we will release an update with the latest version of Visual Composer (4.12). Until we will release the update with these latest versions you will have to ignore these messages.
So, please notice that if you want to have the latest version of the Visual Composer, you will need to have the additional license of this plugin and also, we cannot say for sure if this version of Visual Composer will work 100% with the theme because this version it is in testing.

So, as you known, the Big Grids uses some modules in its structure. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of the required plugins ->VC 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. Try to clear all your caches and test it again. I have tested on my side and the Instagram seems to works as properly. Also, please ensure that your Instagram ID is valid and also, make sure that is not PRIVATE. Please try the Instagram using another ID, like cocacola and see if this is working well.

Please notice that our mobile theme feature does not display you the content of your pages, but only for your posts. The mobile theme has only 2 modules which will be displayed on your side when the mobile plugin is activated -> Big Grid Mob 1 which contain the all your posts sorted from the Featured Category and on the bottom of the page you will bring the Latest articles. So, if you want to add some content on your pages you will have to manually add from the Visual Composer. First of all, you will have to delete the old version of Visual Composer from the Plugins area and then install the VC from the Premium Plugins area, which comes bundled with the theme.
Please notice that the Visual Composer is fully tested with our theme and works as expected.

So, if you have a parent category and it has more subcategories, all of these will appears on your mega menu to the right side when you hover over on this and also, if you have a parent category and it has not the subcategories in your menu will appear only 5 posts as in your first image and you do not make any settings because this is the theme behaviour and this is the default style. Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to offers you a way to increase or decrease the width. Please notice that our theme does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode (for example), please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
