I have checked our Fashion demo again and the logo was displayed fine, on the mobile and on the desktop mode, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/4hoWf5m6fik Please notice that for Header Style 9,10,11, the mobile logo is not displayed in mobile version because the logo will be from the desktop. This is the style of the theme for these kinds of header styles.

I suppose that you want to increase the height for your top bar menu. Unfortunately, I cannot access your website URL because I was redirected to another website without has our theme. Below I gave you an example how you can change the top menu size.

I suspect your problem that was caused by your untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to use side banners for your click ads, sorry! Please notice that the background image is responsive but this image will be cropped from center to top and the margins will be cropped. If you want to use the side banners for your ads, I recommend you to use Adrotate plugin and try to implement this for your side because this type of plugin has this option. Many of our customers have used this plugin and were satisfied to plugin’s functionalities.
Please notice that if you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

We know about the problem which was caused by the latest version of the WordPress (V.4.5). We noticed that the widgets from the sidebar were moved in the footer section. Please keep in mind that is not an issue in our demo preview. So, this is the style of the theme. As you can see in our demo, the mobile bar have to appear after the logo and not inline with your logo. As I noticed on your website, you have some additional customizations that change the original style of the theme.

Please notice that our Background Click Ad behaves like a normal background-image with the desired URL as a click. Also, as you can see, the background is not displayed to mobile devices because the display is too short to show the background and I do not understand why you want to hide this option for mobile devices.

Unfortunately, this type of plugin was removed from the list with the accepted plugins of Speedbooster because it was fount that it produce some js errors in the theme and our developers were decided this thing.

My advice is to give up to your untested plugins and check the result after this and see how it works. Could be a lot of reason in the theme that could be generated by this plugins and if you try to modify the js file you can broke the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, I noticed that you are using the Jetpack modules in the theme…first of all, try to disable it because this kind of plugin are not working as properly with the theme and seems to cause a lot of issues.

Unfortunately, as I explained you above and also, I want to emphasize again that our theme does not support to increase/decrease the width because the layout of the theme will be damaged and require to do some additional customizations for good results. As a hint, you will begin with the following code ->
