The DoubleClick ads aren’t recognized by theme’s ad system and the code is rendered as it is. The theme only works using Google Adsense ad codes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/ for another type of ads you can either use wp text widget or a plugin like Simple Ads Manager or AdRotate to render the code then use theme’s ad spots. Please ensure that your website is not affected by the plugin’s interferences with the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is necessary to do this because your untested plugins could cause some errors in the theme and could modify the functionality of this type of post template.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to change this limit from the panel but only from code. As you can see in our code, all settings and values are set them in td_config.php. Please notice that do not exist a special place where the title site will be displayed in your homepage. I suppose that you are referring to the logo and if you want to appear the title of your site you have to use this to do that. As I can see on your website, you do not have set it a logo and because of this, you have nothing appears to your header. Please check our demo preview and see how you have to look a homepage. I have added this on our list of improvements and we will consider in next update. In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can use a plugin.

Also, please consult your hosting provider and check if your server is right installed and if it has the right version of PHP installed. We recommend you doing a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme again and install it directly and see if your fonts work. Also, please try to consult your hosting provider and check to not being some errors caused by the server.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to be reset, sorry! If you want to delete the theme, you have to remove them from the root file, from .htdocs -> http://screencast.com/t/gQsQOHhWc Also, if you want to remove your database and you want to reset all your customizations which were made by you, please try to use some plugins with this functionality and see how it works for you. As a hint, you can use WP reset plugin because most of our users have used and we do not have bad reports about its functionality.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to offers you a possibility to set different background image for your each page. If you want to achieve this, you have to use a bit of CSS code and insert the different image for each page with page ID. Also, you have to use background-image attribute for achieving that. Below I gave you an example of one page.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option that offers you a possibility to change the size of Big Grid Slide, sorry! As you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/D15bOezD3JSI and this kind of slide uses 2 type of modules ->td_module_mx10 and td_module_mx9. We do not recommend to increase or decrease the size of these because the layout of the theme will be broken. However if you want to change the size of feature you have to do some additional customizations to adjust the whole theme to achieve the good result and this involves custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
