First please make sure that your ad code is working, after that test with a default banner to see if this is working on mobile theme, if everything is working replace the code for banner ad with your ad code.

That is the theme folder. Usually the themes folder would be set as disallowed in a robots file so Google does not try and access it, from what I can find online.
