Regarding the issue, note that the old API plugin will not work anymore. You can use the new creative plugin for this purpose – https://forum.tagdiv.com/developer-info/

But maybe what you are trying to do is possible without resorting to this plugin. The flex blocks have multiple options and settings and can be customized in many ways. You could use a flex block instead of adding new ones.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that after you make the changes in theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VZB5KyaUwdSm and you save the settings you clear all cache and force refresh the browser.

If the problem is still there, please delete( delete the theme, theme plugins too, do not override ) the current version of Newspaper that you have and download again the last version from themefores and reinstall it.

This can be achieve by making one post for each season, in this way the blocks, grids will show only the season and in this when you click on one season you’ll see only the episodes from that season, also each post will have a specific category, by clicking on that category you’ll see all posts from that category.
