Hi,
Can you please provide more details about the situation? Is the tagDiv Composer opening? Can you make edits with it? When you save the changes the message that the changes have been saved is displayed. Do you have any errors in the console?
The situation persists when you try only with tagDiv plugins?

Hi,

First of all, thank you so much for being one of our customers — we truly appreciate your support.

Regarding the issue you’ve raised, I’m not sure if it started recently or if it’s been there since you first purchased the theme (which was about a year and a half ago). If it’s been present from the beginning, I’m genuinely surprised it wasn’t addressed earlier, as it’s a fairly general situation that we usually resolve quickly.

On the other hand, if this is a new issue, I do want to mention that your message about leaving a negative review feels a bit unfair, especially considering that your support period expired some time ago. We’re always happy to help where we can, but framing a review as a condition for support can come across as coercive, and we prefer to work through issues in good faith.

That said, we’re here to help however we reasonably can. Let’s see what we can do to get this sorted for you.

Please make sure that all the theme requirements from our guide are properly set: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ In particular, double-check this configuration: https://i.imgur.com/Z9zCgkb.png

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try switching your permalinks to Simple/Plain. Sometimes, depending on the host, you may need to contact them to enable pretty permalinks properly.

Also, could you please test the theme with only the tagDiv plugins active (disable all other plugins temporarily)? This will help us check if there’s a plugin conflict causing the issue.

Let us know what you find. Thank you!

Hi Mike,
I just checked https://ecommerce-watchblog.de/ and it looks like you’ve successfully boxed the header great work! The only thing left now is the footer, which uses similar settings.

Hi,
It’s possible that a dot was used instead of a comma, but I can’t say for sure because the image is a bit blurry. Normally, when you separate category or taxonomy IDs with a comma, it displays all articles that belong to at least one of those terms. If the checkbox below is checked, it will display only articles that belong to all of the specified categories or taxonomies.

Hi,
I think I understand what you mean, I think you mean that you have set a title on a block and I think you want that when there is no article available to be shown, the title is not shown either. For this you need to use a js code like the one here https://pastebin.com/t2CnR8fW if you have the possibility to set it directly in the single post template with tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/nko9bss.png if not, the code cna be set in the theme panel > custom code > custom javascript – https://i.imgur.com/0Q15qea.png
Thank you!

Hi,

If I understand correctly, the issue is that when you try to change the viewports in the tagDiv Composer, nothing happens, correct?

If that’s the case, in 99% of similar situations, the cause has been an extra plugin interfering with the functionality. I suggest running a test with only the tagDiv plugins active to see if the issue persists.

Thank you!

Hi,

I added it to our list of suggestions and our manager and developers will check it.

I do not know exactly, but maybe there is a plugin that can display a different image for the Woo when you hover over the block image. For example you can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/secondary-product-image-for-woocommerce/ and set the shortcode for voo using the element Woo Shortcodes https://i.imgur.com/RXwxXXF.png

Hi Thomas,

I’ve passed a note to our developers to review the code in the file:
td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php. I hope they’ll be able to take a look at it soon.

In the meantime, I recommend running a quick test: if you’re currently using PHP version 8 or higher, try switching to PHP 7.4 to see if the issue persists. It’s possible that the problem is related to new PHP restrictions that may be affecting the code.
Thank you!

Hi,
Could you provide a link or a screenshot to see the element that is displaying the “You must be logged in to access this page.” This will help me to identify the exact element and I will let you know how to translate it.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
I think this is something related to the PHP version. If you have the possibility, please make a test, set PHP 7.4, and see if the situation persists, if no, then it is related to the new restrictions added in php versions 8+. I also informed our developers to check the code for td_review.php
Thank you!

Hi,
To set he menu elements at the edge use tagDiv Composer to edit the page, select the menu elements and in the Elements padding set 0 0 0 15px. The results should be like this – https://i.imgur.com/UgCk0KZ.png

Hi,
The orange color is a global color on the demo you are using, so what you can do is to use tagDiv Composer, edit a page, select the manager and in colors, change the color from orange to the new color you want https://imgur.com/lwb7sNv

The situation with the menu on mobile can be resolved by using tagDiv Composer, slect the mobile view port, then select the top row, the one holding the logo and check the css tab – https://i.imgur.com/DNsPpin.png that -10 margin should be remvoed and the problem will be resolved.

Hi,
To remove the view count, you need to use tagDiv Composer, edit the single post template, and select the element you want to delete. This can be removed by selecting it and pressing the delete button on the keyboard, or using the right menu from a mouse click.
https://i.imgur.com/xbwtcll.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/jqBiz5b.png also from the theme panel please disable the – https://i.imgur.com/pAVrUoa.png
For comments on block, you can use the theme panel option – https://i.imgur.com/Wk5QkwW.png
Thank you!

Hi,
What you can do is to use the filter tab – https://i.imgur.com/aAfcJnz.pnghttps://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ if one article should be part from all taxonomies, then try this option – https://i.imgur.com/8u9KKoP.png
I hope this will help you!
