I think that the best and easy way will be to use a plugin that have those socials and share buttons, because making changes in theme for achieving this will be hard and all changes will be lost after theme update.

Please take a look and see what process make your cpu usage to be too high;
Please make sure that you have php version 7 also please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
