Sorry, but you said “Im trying this on a page, that is separated using 4/6 + 2/6 row format” you do not specific that are you trying to do this on posts or template for posts; the sidebar can be on post/page/categories on only for posts.

So if you make all settings please make sure that the sidebar you set as sticky have the height smaller then content.

if there is still a problem please provide me some screenshots with the settings you have made and a link to the post/page that you want to achieve the sticky sidebar.

Please make sure that you do not use some plugins that can caused this problem, you can deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and see if this problem is still there.

Once entered in the theme panel the ads will be displayed at all times. Can’t disable them for specific posts for example.

If you require more advanced control over the ads you could try a plugin for managing the ads. Some theme users with similar desires use the Adrotate plugin. Some information about it here

Please not that your image is scaled from 150X150px to 20x20px, so in order to make that to be change you need to make some changes in theme files in td_module.php here is the path wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_module.php -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ffReQh0V but this will work only if you are using Gravatar.
