Please conduct a test using only TagDiv plugins and see if the situation persists. Also, please provide some screenshots with the settings of the thumbs you have in the theme panel https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbs-on-modules-and-blocks/
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, the theme update should be displayed in the Neaspaper theme in the update tabs, click on check for updates.
Also, before the update, make sure you’ll have a full backup. https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hi @Greg,
The mobile menu you are using can be changed from the theme panel. From there, you can change the background image – https://i.imgur.com/R9eoHMz.png the colors – https://i.imgur.com/O5c2ANA.png and socials – https://i.imgur.com/Ot9CUS0.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I see, so if is related to the thumbs dimensions, then those from the theme can be disabled and you can use a regenerated plugin that will delete the thumbs that are not used https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Also, my recommendation is to keep a few theme thumbs settings on, like the most used: 1920 x 0, 1068 x 0, 696 x 0, 300 x 0
Thank you!
Hi,
1. With the Newspaper builder theme, you can create pages and cloud templates, but you can not create templates for pages. You create a page how you like it and if you want to use that one as a template you just duplicate the page and change in it the elements you want to be changed.
2. The “Single Post Author” element is used on post templates and this will be used as template element for authors on single post template https://i.imgur.com/BhZHHbJ.png https://i.imgur.com/ZfSV6nD.png
3. The colors can be changed using tagDiv Composer check the Manager and global colors – https://i.imgur.com/lwb7sNv.png

Hi,
But why do you want to use the tagDiv mobile theme plugin with Directories Pro? All Demos have a responsive version that will look the same as the desktop version. Using tagDiv mobile theme will use a simple design that will be the same for all demos that you are using and the only elements that can be changed on it are the colors and fonts – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction. The plugin is usually used by websites with simple blogs with a simple layout that will not differ much from the desktop version.
Hi,
If you want to make those changes for the tagdiv gallery https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/ it can be done with a small CSS. If you have an example with the layout, I can provide the CSS code for you.
Thank you!
Hey Ans, I completely understand what you mean. I wish I could help more, but since this plugin isn’t ours, I’m a bit limited when it comes to plugin functionality. My best suggestion would be to explore other plugins that might have the feature you’re looking for.
Hi Pietro, do you have the exact same fatal error?
Do you have the last Theme version, 12.7.1? If so, then the first thing that should be done is to double the memory limit and the problems should be resolved.
Thank you!
Hi,
If the problem is resolved after the page is re-saved, then it is related to some cache settings. When the page is re-saved, the cache on that page is cleared.
Thank you!
Hi,
Do you use a cloud template and the WP Bakery plugin? If so, it can be a plugin conflict between tagdiv Cloud Library and WPBakery.
If possible, please provide some screenshots and a link to the website where to check the problem
Thank you!
Hi,
I just made some tests and the option is working correctly – https://i.imgur.com/DZRycgF.png – https://i.imgur.com/bIcZHRV.png – https://i.imgur.com/cTDNQmr.png
Just make sure that you ave the thumbs selected enabled in the theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbs-on-modules-and-blocks/
Hi,
I added on our list and I hope that our developers to check it 😀
Thank you!
Hi,
The provided plugins can be installed from Deshbore > plugins by uploading the plugins from WordPress and replacing them with the current version.
You must have the latest Newspaper theme version, 12.7.1
Thank you!
Hi,
It will need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the header on mobile view port – https://i.imgur.com/QR5Bcay.png https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo&list=PL6CsDkMaejhoHETIWoxnRB4zefz8L8PYg&index=11

Hi,
Please make a full backup of your website and update the theme to the latest version, Newspaper v21.7.1 – https://i.imgur.com/qoKwDsn.png Composer version Version 5.4.1
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that this kind of content will need to be done by the author of the article, when creating the article, to add the block inside the article with the link to Amazon.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you provide a video or some screenshots of the problem? I checked the website, and it looks ok.
Thank you!
Hi,
In the past, similar issues have occurred when images were displayed using code and one of the HTML elements was not properly closed.
Typically, banners can be added using the Ad Box element in tagDiv Composer. Just select the Image tab, upload your image, and set the link.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please replace the current tagdiv composer plugin and tagdiv option plugin with those from below:
– https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/td-cloud-libraryfix.zip
I hope this will resolve the problem.
Thank you!
Could you please provide some more details? I believe I do not fully understand the request.
Thank you!
I’m glad that you managed the situation with CSS!
If you want to remove the link effect from logo I can provide a CSS.
.tdb-logo-a{
pointer-events: none!important;
}
Set the CSS in the theme panel > custom code> custom CSS.
Hi,
If you are referring to this one https://i.imgur.com/pWZHwaM.png, this situation is because you use the logo element and the logo element uses a link on it, if a custom link is set, then it will go to that link, if no link is added, then it will link to the homepage. What you should do is to replace the logo element with an image element using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
