Hi,
One of the option is coming from the block settings under the style tab (set with tagDiv Composer) – https://i.imgur.com/sjFdYYX.png and the other one is a custom css that has been set in a raw css element, if I’m right is the last element from your footer template https://i.imgur.com/lcyrNWJ.png I believe it has been set to apply on all blocks when you hover the article title.
Thank you!

Hi Renato,

This issue is not widespread and appears to affect only a small number of users. In most cases, it has been related to the PHP version being used.

Our first recommendation is to ensure that you’re using the latest version of the theme and WordPress. Then, please run some debugging tests using only the tagDiv plugins. We also suggest testing your site with different PHP versions, specifically PHP 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3. We’ve seen cases where the issue occurred with PHP 8.0 or 8.1, but switching to PHP 7.4, 8.2, or 8.3 resolved it.

If you’ve already tried these steps and the problem persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com. Be sure to make a full backup of your website and provide temporary WP-Admin and cPanel access, along with a valid license key under an active support period.
We’ll investigate the issue as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Hello,

The error is most often caused by a shortcode that’s not compatible with our theme or a conflict with another plugin. As a result, after editing and saving the page or Cloud Template with tagDiv Composer, you might encounter this error the next time you try to edit it.

If the issue occurs on a specific page or Cloud Template only you ca use a revision on that one to resolve the problem, or it can be on the header or footer then will be the same problem on all pages and templates, try temporarily changing the header and footer template to see if the problem persists. You can usually resolve it by restoring a previous version using the page/template revision .

Thank you!

Hi,

Hi Vunt,
The post view count option will work only for articles, so for pages it will be need to use a tracking code and an analytic system (GTM) or to try with a plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-views-count/
Thank you!

Hi,

I think that the problem with the custom search element is related to the action path – https://i.imgur.com/IuIDLYo.png this one https://klikly.it/product-search doesn’t exists and it should be https://klikly.it/ this one should work.

Thank you!

Hi,
Please keep Wordfence and Cloudflare enabled, as they help protect your website from potential attackers.
I checked the site using three different mobile devices and didn’t encounter the redirect issue. Could you let me know if it only happens on the homepage, or does it occur randomly across the site?
Thank you!

Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion! We already have plans to add an additional option for a dynamic social counter. However, we’ve encountered some challenges, as most them handle this functionality differently.
In the meantime, I’ve added the social platforms you mentioned to our list, and our developers will take a closer look.
Thanks again!

Hi,

If you want to set a custom date and not the one from the article, then it will be need to create a module and use ACF plugin for the date, this can be added in the module using the custom filed element.

Also, if you want to set raw html code you can do it with tagDiv Compose, you can set your code directly in HTML element -https://i.imgur.com/9bBewLo.png just make sure that your code is correct and all tags that are opened are closed.

Thank you!

Hi,
Ok, first I have a question, for your articles you used a standard template or a cloud template?
1. If is a standard template, then the sidebar widget is no longer apply because: no longer exists, or the widget sidebar no longer has the elements to it, in this situation you need to go to appearance > widgets and add back the widgets from inactive widgets to newspaper default sidebar (I believe this is the one that has been used).
2. If it was a single post template from cloud, then you just need to assign it as global and the problem will be resolved – https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/
Thank you!

Hi,

The problem with the ads that are not display on your original browser can be related to an extension (maybe an ad blocker or something similar) you have installed on the browser you are using, if so, the same one used in incognito mode should display the ads.

Thank you!

Hi,

If I’m right you have the last theme version, 12.7.1, right? if is so, then please download the tagDiv Composer using this link – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/td-composer.zip and replace the one from your website. This plugin contains a fix made by our developers.

Thank you!

Hi,
Please set the shortcode in column text or text with title in code/text zone – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j In case that is still not working, please make a full backup for your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the website.
Thank you!

Hi,
I see. This can be a bit tricky to set up. We’ve created a guide that should help you through the process, I hope you find it useful: How to insert a block inside the content of a post

Hi,
Could you please try using a different browser to see if the issue persists? Additionally, try running a test with only the tagDiv plugins enabled. This will help confirm whether any theme plugins might be causing a conflict.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
Despite us fixing it at the time, attackers may try to exploit it, even if it’s useless to try. Are you perhaps using the Wordfence security plugin? It has an option that can be used to block specific requests – https://prnt.sc/1V-dHi7xTQXk Maybe similar plugins have such an option as well, in case you are using a different plugin. Or are you using cloudflare perhaps? If you do, you could block it there – https://prnt.sc/j97NJi77d5RO This kind of attack doesn’t usually last long, the requests should stop after some time.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and include the license key you’d like us to check. If the key has been used correctly and is currently active on no more than two live domains, we’ll be able to reset it without any issues (as permitted by our system).

Thank you!

Hi,
I checked the website and the problem is that when you try to use an ajax pagination there will be display on error in browser console – https://i.imgur.com/CtcImxV.png do you use any optimization plugin for js? Most of the time this situation is related to those. Also the problem is the same when you are logged in?
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
Please follow my above indications only doing that we’ll be able to help you.

Thank you for your understanding!

Calin

Hi,
This situation occurs because a license key can be used on a maximum of two domains. While ThemeForest allows usage on one domain, we permit an additional domain for testing purposes.

If the domains previously using the license no longer exist or no longer use the theme, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com. Make sure to include the license key used on those domains. We will submit a request to review and remove any inactive or unused domains associated with the key.
Thank you!

Hi Vimal,

Yes, our them have those features you can add theme on single post template, go to a post and click on edit with tagDiv Composerhttps://i.imgur.com/3tJy9LB.png then search for progress bar – https://i.imgur.com/aYgIgD7.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/01JaWdL.png and reading time -> https://i.imgur.com/QdAgj4k.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/d0QW8eH.png

Hi santiagocalaforra,

I think that you want to add the excerpt inside the post, if is so, then you need to use a shortcode as I mentioned above since this element doesn’t exit in our builder:
“Indeed, for cloud template it’s a little more complicate, but this can help:
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/336420/retrieving-post-excerpt-as-a-shortcode
I just tested and is working – https://i.imgur.com/qz1Zi42.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/7StOLec.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/Gtb8EdI.png”

Thank you!

Hi,

You can do that layout in multiple ways, most simple will be to set a row or inner row, set it in 3 columns and set the header and red borders for each column, after that you can use the flex block 1 and hide/removed all elements (category, image, date, author) let only tile, or you can use the module builder to create a module that contains only the title – https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/

Thank you!
