2. The license key can be used at the same time on staging and live website, so if this was used only ion staging then will be no problems to activate the key on live site.

Our theme blocks are using thumbs to display the featured image and when an image is added in media it will be create a thumb for each module that is enabled in the theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-theme-thumbs/
As suggested by simchris, it is recommended to activate in the theme panel only the thumbs on the modules you use, the rest can be deactivated in order not to create thumbs for unused ones. Also, in the present situation, after the plugins are deactivated, a thumb regeneration plugin can be used to delete the ones that are not used.

Hi Media_Ex, since you have over 116.000+ posts you’ll need to have a strong and dedicate server that provides optimizations for database, so yes, the mentioned plugin will help, I’m not sure if will resolve the problem, but it should been see better results.
My suggestion is to start with the plugin and after that to go to the dedicate mysql server (indeed this will provide better results then the plugin, but will come with additional costs).

I think the problem is related to cloud template, this is a custom post type too.

If the button has the same link for all posts, then you can edit the post template in code and set the file in child theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-child-theme-support/
For example if you are using post template 1 you can edit the loop-single-1.php or the single_template_1.php (deepens where you’ll like the buttons), the path in theme files is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/single/ and in child theme the path for files should be /Newsmag-child/parts/single/loop-single-1.php and single_template_1.php

Hi Mixalis, there were a few similar case and those were related to some extra plugins that were used, what I can suggest is to do some tests using only the tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persist.
Also, make sure that you are using the latest theme version, Newsmag 5.4.2, the latest wordlores version and a php version over 7.4 (8.1 or 8.2 will be wonderful).

Are you referring that on mobile you see a different layout then desktop version? If so, this is because you have the mobile theme plugin enabled, this overwrites the responsive version and use a mobile theme standard layout to provide better performances on mobile. If you need the same layout and content on mobile like on desktop please disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin.

This is a WordPress situation, if you try with a default theme from the WordPress the results will be the same. Also, it is not need to add in url “/?m=ajax” it’s enough “/?m=” and you’ll be redirected to the website blog page.
