Hi christianmuda, once that you have set the row set in 2 columns all you need to do is to add the elements you want from composer sidebar https://i.imgur.com/KoZnoL9.jpg to do this drag and drop the element in the place you want to have it – https://i.imgur.com/mHoermA.jpg
Thank you!
Hi be2name, if the theme panel option is enabled should work just fine.
Normally the images should be set like this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
What I can recommend is to check if the Jetpack plugin is enable, if it is, then it can interfere with the theme option (for a test please disable the plugin if you have it and check the results).
Thank you!
Hi,
You need first to have the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin installed and you need to get from the cloud a single post template that you like – https://i.imgur.com/L0GpuQl.png then you can use the tagDiv Composer to add/remove the elements – https://i.imgur.com/QzVP9kH.png – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU

Hi dlicoppe, the https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-frontend-delete-account/ is using a shortcode [wp_frontend_delete_account] that can be place using tagDiv Composer in the place you need and it should work to remove the user.
For test you can add the shortcode in a page using an user for tests and delete it, it should look like this – https://i.imgur.com/Kf968e7.png
Thank you!
Hi dlicoppe, what can be done is to use a seo plugin and disable the cloud template to be indexed by google. Those cloud template are some CPSs that are used as template from the website.
For example using Yoast SEO you can use this option – https://imgur.com/6BRLmIs and new version – https://i.imgur.com/aFh7zdm.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi commandeleven, if the problem was only about the layout and you also have extra cache or optimize plugins then it is possible to be a conflict between the theme option for inline css and those plugins – https://i.imgur.com/hz9fc5Y.png
Thank you!
Hi Alex,
We understand you, and this is on our list. Hope that it will be check and resolve soon.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
I see. what I suggest is to enable the error log to see what is registered there.
Also, what I suggest if is that you use a cache plugin or optimize plugin that optimize the css to disable the option from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/TzHfP8Q.png
Thank you!
Hi rebecaserna, we did some tests and in Rich Results Test everything seems to be ok – https://i.imgur.com/r4NyiV3.png – https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=qgZQOucfzqcyGHIhXxBwSQ for you appears to be a problem in Google Search Console? Can you provide some screenshots with them?
Also, if you are using a seo plugin, then please disable the schema from the theme to prevent problems related to seo – https://i.imgur.com/ZxRGI3K.png
Thank you!
Hello we checked the link on mac and seems to be ok – https://i.imgur.com/2EBfDaB.jpg – https://i.imgur.com/g56ELzT.jpg

Hi iegexpo, did you disable/enable the new options for inline and aggregate css from the theme panel? Because if there is an extra cache plugin or optimize plugin for css used it can create problems – https://i.imgur.com/s2qpatr.png (this was one of the problems that some users had after theme update to 12.6 and used extra plugins for css optimize).
Thank you!
Hi disegnoweb, there is no need to edit the theme files, just edit the cloud category template and add the description element – https://i.imgur.com/RvcH7oz.jpg – https://i.imgur.com/RkdvB58.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Please do a test using only the tagDiv plugins and in case that the problem persist, please make a full backup for the website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide temporary wp-admin and cPanel/FTP access. We’ll check the problem as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi decorideas.us, only the pre-build websites that are PRO are made using cloud templates, the rest of theme are old demos that have been made a long time ago using the standard templates, before the cloud to be added in the theme (usually those are at the bottom of the list of demos).
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Using custom files is a solution, but you can also try using an extra plugin, for this we can try the steps from our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/
I hope this will help!
Hi cbisha,
A key is valid per life once it’s bought. Also, if the theme is not activated you are restricted to cloud templates (you can not download updates from the cloud, but you can use those that you already have), install the pre-build websites and theme updates.
From what I read in the topic the problem is related to an object cache, that it’s way the theme is always appear as unregistered and you can not see the save changes in the theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ – https://i.imgur.com/YgsiTVM.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using the EWWW Image Optimizer to deliver CSS background images as WebP (inline CSS only), you need to activate the EWWW IO lazy loader.
I hope this will help!
Hi Yanko, unfortunately that option is global, once that is enabled will be used for all single post templates.
Thank you for your understanding!
I see, for this I think that you’ll need to try with a seo plugin. Please check this topic – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sitemap-help-remove-tag-in-urls/
I hope this will help you!
HI,
Is this problem persisting when you are logged in? If yes, please do a test only with tagDiv plugins and see if the problem is still there.
Let us know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
That is because you are using a predefined standard footer style, these can not be edit only to add new elements, if you want to set/change the footer elements choose an empty footer and set in Appearance>>Widgets>>Footer1/Footer2/Footer3 the elements you want to display. Also the text from about section can be set here -> https://i.imgur.com/9sdRpwW.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-footer-templates-2/
An alternative is to use a cloud footer and you can edit it using the tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi LeoStevenson, so that error appears only when you are using php 8? It is possible to have some cache that is still searching for old php version/paths (7.4). We had some cases when we needed to clear all cache and restart the server after the php version was updated. Also, the problem can be case by a plugin, what can be done is to check when there is no plugin enable if the problem persists, if no, then add the theme plugins and check again to see if is related to a theme plugin and so on until you get the plugin that caused the problem.
Thank you!
Hello,
Than you for letting us know about this. We’ll make some checks and see what can be the problem.
Also, if you are using some cache or optimize plugins what I can suggest is to disable the new option for inline css from 12.6, because it is possible to interfere – https://i.imgur.com/x8plsG7.png
Thank you!
