Hello,
If you are using a standard post template, then it can be removed only with some custom code, but if you are using a single post template, then you can edit it using the tagDiv Composer, select the socials share element and make sure that the option “Show all” is enable. – https://i.imgur.com/ZporNEV.png
Thank you!
Hi tenaciously,
You can change the global color from the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/rfNtKae.png this will be apply to all links that do not have an individual color set.
Thank you!
The image son flex blocks are also set as background image. No as an optimized version for images and elements that can be display in a module is the module builder -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-builder-flex-loop-builder/
Now if the plugins can not convert the image in webp (or the can but the blocks can not get the webp format), the only remaining option is the lazy load that can improve the options – https://i.imgur.com/UnUEc5j.png
Thank you!
Hi viscott, if the php version can not be update for the moment then what we can recommend is to revert to Newspaper v12.5.1 until the update to a version php version will be possible.

Hello,
Indeed, if you are using a standard template, then you need to use the theme panel settings and those from the wordpress editor for Quote , but in case you are using a single post template from cloud, then you’ll need to edit it using the tagDiv Composer and set on it the style and size you need – https://i.imgur.com/WA7XMKF.jpg

Hello,
Usually this kind of problems appears when after the theme update one of the theme plugins that were previously enabled now is no longer. To resolve the problem you’ll need to go to Newspaper > Plugins and install from there the plugins that you had previously (most of the time is related to tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack).
In case that there are still some p problem please let me know! Also, if possible to provide some screenshots or a link where to check those problems.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please notice that a key can be assigned and used to only 2 domains at the same time, not 3 or more domains.
Normally a license key is for 1 website, please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.
In case that you try to use the key on more domains this will be possible only after the mentioned time will pass.
Now in case that the key is assigned to a domain that no longer exists or no longer use the theme, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide the full license key, we’ll set it in our system to be rechecked.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi GusV, please do not share on forum your privet details about the license because those can be seen by all users from this forum.
The key is ok, also this message “The Link you followed has expired” is not actually entirely related to the theme link, this can be resolved using this guide: How To Fix “The Link You Followed Has Expired” Error in WordPress, the same recommendation are on envato forum – https://forums.envato.com/t/the-link-you-followed-has-expired-how-do-i-fix-this/229748/2

Hello,
To resolve the problem with the height on those videos you can use a custom css like this one:
.tdcpt_doctors-template-default .tdb_single_custom_field iframe{
height: 315px!important;
}
The code should be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css or on the tdcpt_doctor cloud template in a css row.
I hope this will help you!
Hello stax,
According to the message the problem is related to an element that is in the mobile page. Normally if you are making a new page for mobile this can be edited? If yes, then what you need to do is to use a revision for that mobile page – https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
In case that the problem is persisting, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll try to resolve it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hello oap,
Indeed the X logo for tweeter appears to be 1-2px to the right, it can be resolved using this code:
.td-social-twitter .td-icon-twitter {
left: -2px;
}
This code needs to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
Also related to the color, by default the background color for twitter is blue, but this depends on the style you are use – https://i.imgur.com/obquCPv.png – https://i.imgur.com/064ayG7.png
If you still have some problems, please provide a link to your website where I can investigated those problems.
Thank you!
Hello Larane, for this situation please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide the license key it verified it.
Also please notice that a license key should not be used on more then 2 domains, for the live domain and staging.
Thank you!
I see, unfortunately it is possible to apply correctly for some elements, but not to all of them.
I tried this code works for more elements, but not correct.
body * {
font-size: calc(1px + 100%);
}
Also, the font default differs depending on elements, for example on body and p is 13px, on h1 is 32px … so, the best thing will be to use the theme panel settings for fonts.
Thank you!
