Hi Meytar Zeevi,
“When I deactivated tagdiv-composer website went back to normal in terms of speed.” this is because the Newspaper theme without the tagDiv Composer plugin is like a default WordPress theme. The tagDiv Composer is the one that brings all the features.
It will be needed to find the root of the problem. Do you use the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin? If yes, please do a test and disable that plugin.
Thank you!
Hi ESPpublisher,
Unfortunately, our theme has not been tested with the ESPpublisher plugin, therefore, we can not say if this is working correctly work not with our theme, sorry!
If the problem is only with the light box, what I can recommend is to disable the one from our theme and use only the one from the plugin – https://i.imgur.com/7tJCezn.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
I hope this will help you!
Hi Vladi and Faryaz,
Normally we can provide only the last WP Bakery version that is included in the theme package.
What I can suggest is to contact us via email and we’ll try to help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
I see that you manage to resolve the problem – https://i.imgur.com/DX8Hufi.jpg
If there are still some problems, please let me know!
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, there were only a few improvements that have been added in this theme update – https://tagdiv.com/newsmag/?utm_source=forum&utm_medium=menu&utm_campaign=forum_loggedin&utm_content=52878
Thank you!
Hi aleister,
You can simply disable them with one click from Newsmag > System status.
Also, there are many plugins for a dark mode that can be used with the Newsmag theme, for example – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-dark-mode/
Thank you!
Hi saggel,
Please do a test a see if you remove the logo from the theme panel (from both the header and footer) and see if there are better results.

Hi asisrodriguez,
Please check it to be sure that the option remains disabled – https://i.imgur.com/RH55HgN.png then, the backend banners will be removed.
If there are still some problems, we can investigate them, for this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we’ll try our best to help you!

Hi,
The problem is not with the site, the site you mentioned has many more views, most likely has a better rank, is older and has more traffic, so more visitors access it.
As for the fact that you made the same post on 2 different sites and were shared on the same social channel, the results are somewhat normal, because someone who has already read the article does not read it again, and most likely he will read from the website that is better known and more reliable.

Hi,
Yes, there are apps that can automatically share posts on social media, look here is an example – https://themegrill.com/blog/social-media-auto-post-wordpress-plugins/
Thank you!
Hi,
What I wanted to say is that there is no need to use the Lazy-load option in the theme, there are also cache and optimization plugins that have lazy-load options, for example:
Lazy Load by WP Rocket, A3 Lazy Load, EWWW Image Optimizer, Smush, Optimole, Lazy Loader, Lazy Load for Videos, Autoptimize.
The most used with our theme are Autoptimize, Smush and EWWW Image Optimizer.
Thank you!
Hello,
1. If you are using a single post template, then it is possible to have a plugin conflict, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.
2. I think that you are referring to “Edit with tagDiv Composer”, the theme builder can be used on pages and cloud templates, but not on post page – https://i.imgur.com/AzUB2iq.png
3. If I’m right you are referring to this one – https://i.imgur.com/oX8jw8l.png this will be displayed only on pages.
Thank you!
Hello,
I understand, please contact us by email and we will investigate to see what is causing this situation and see what should be done to solve the problem and not have to keep deactivating and activating the plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
I also talked to developers about this situation and they recommended using lazy-load options in an optimization or cache plugin, this should solve the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
This problem is the same when you are logged in?
If yes, then you’ll need to make a full backup for your website and update the theme to the last version.
In case the problem is not persisting when you are logged in, then it can be from some settings in the cache plugin or optimize plugin that is used.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly how these should look and work, because we haven’t tested this plugin with our theme. To be sure that it works normally, you must do a test with a default theme and see if the results are the same. Similarly, if the problem is from the code, it will be quite difficult to solve, because the mentioned plugin is not part of the plugins tested with the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
The problem related to deactivating and reactivating the mobile theme plugin is as if there is a cache problem and when the plugin is deactivated and reactivated it is deleted.
Thank you!
Hi,
My suggestion is to check if the single post template has the comments element or not – https://i.imgur.com/1ODVNvJ.png – https://i.imgur.com/Nr7qRBn.png, if the element is on the single post template, then please remove it and check if the problem still appears, if is not, then please add it and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
Most probably this problem is related to a cache or optimization plugin, if you have such a plugin you must check the css and javscript settings of these plugins.
Likewise, if you wish, we can also look and try to solve the problem, for this, you will have to contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and give us temporary access to the site.
Thank you!
Hi,
We were glad that the problem was solved!
Thank you!
Hi PrateekDSK,
Usually, this message is used when the license key is not used to activate the theme or this is not a valid license key.
If you still facing the problem, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide temporary wp-admin access and the license key to check it.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad you managed to solve the problem using the pass option in CloudFlare.
I also notified developers about the reported situation and added the link to this topic in order to have all the details to investigate this situation.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry, but for the moment the theme does not use the sponsored option. I added it to our list.
For the moment the only way to add it is manually by editing the theme files.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is not a problem with the theme, it is a general WordPress problem, when the search element is used, the link is also formed by the search parameters, and as in your case, I see that it also contains special characters.
