The Newsmag theme do not have the same options like Newspaper theme when its coming to the templates.
The Newsmag theme has only those footer styles -> https://i.imgur.com/6H4VQgl.png but what you can do is to choose a footer style, then go in appetence > widgets and add a column in one of the footer widgets like this -> https://i.imgur.com/m5kaBJ5.png
Those columns can be added in each widget footer.

If you are using standard post style and not cloud templates, then you can use our guide for Co-Authors Plus plugin from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles/ also the Guest Author plugin can work to, but only with standard post template, with cloud templates will not work without custom implementation.

A similar plugin that used to work with the cloud is Molongui plugin, if you want you can try it.

Did you checked the browser console? Sometimes the problems that are interfering are displayed there as errors.

I believe that I understand what the problem could be.
You said that your website publish between 30- and 40 posts on day, that means you have many posts on your website and when the popular filter is used, this will not search only for the last posts posted in the last 24h it will search in all posts that you have published and after that will display the most popular of them in the last 24h. Due to this process, the display time of the results will increase in proportion to the number of posts in the database.
Unfortunately, there is no solution for this. There have been users who have used database caching, this has improved performance, but not much.

What we can recommend to do is to be sure that the tagDiv Composer is deleted (you can do this via FTP or cPanel), after that you can re-install the tagDiv Composer from Newspaper > plugins.
Also, it is possible to have some extra plugins that can interfere with the theme, so in case that the problem presets, please try it only with tagDiv plugins.

The “Import/Export theme settings” will import only the settings that are made in the theme panel. The settings made with tagDiv Composer will not be imported.
If you made a page or a cloud template and you want to import it, then you can do it manually, by copying -> https://imgur.com/Wo4yp58 the code from the page/cloud template and past it on the new site in an empty page/cloud template.
An alternative is to copy the database, because all the theme settings, pages and cloud templates are stored there, unfortunately sit is not so simple like copying and pasting the content of a page/cloud template.

I believe that you can get some more information about what it is causing those problems by checking the error log.
Normally, those kinds of problems can appear from plugins conflicts, low resources, wrong settings on host, extra code added in htaccess file.

If I correctly understand, you want to make a post to be particularly displayed, unfortunately, the setting form our theme are apply on the block for all the posts that are displayed in it.
What you want maybe it can be done with some custom css, but this depends on what situation you want to apply the css, if is about applying on posts from specific categories, then I think it can be done a code for it.

Most of the time when this is happening it is do to a plugin conflict.
Can you please do a test using only tagDiv plugins? Most of users found out that an extra plugin that they have enabled was interfered with the theme options.
Also, there are other cases when there are errors in console, those need to be investigated.

When you try to edit the header element you have the page open in tagDiv Composer, but since that is a standard header can not be change with the theme builder, what you need to do is to add a cloud header. You can do this using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
