Hi,
Another solution will be to use column text or text with title elements, which will add the option to use the classic editor that can be used to create galleries – https://i.imgur.com/AJl5OF0.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to have the exact same content from desktop on mobile, there is no need to create mobile pages or the tgDiv mobile theme plugin; the desktop version has a responsive version that can be used.
Currently, you have the tagdiv mobile theme plugin and this is used.
1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/apZQZ0o.png
2. Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience but is limited in edits and changes.
Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.
Hi,
I can’t say that LiteSpeed is not a good plugin, but you need to find the right configuration, as it has many options.
One of the best plugins is WP Rocket, but it is not free. If you’d like to test a free plugin, you can try WP-Optimize, for example.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked the source code, teh structure and everything seems to be clean as it should be, without the : {{post_cat_link}} {{post_url}} {{td_query_all_results}} https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=XdbfTQ_2ROwYJ3TNMqRZ-g
Maybe the Search Console has a different day that is detecting those links.
Hi,
Yes, the Facebook Like button has been deprecated. As a result, it is no longer being updated and will eventually stop working altogether.
A few weeks ago, the Like button was only displayed in the browser where you were logged into Facebook. (This should still work)
Hello,
I understand what you want to opt for, but unfortunately the elements used do not have the ajax option, these reload the page. What can be used is the “Ajax categories dropdown” option on flex blocks, these use ajax to bring information related to the selected category – https://i.imgur.com/21B9vLs.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunaly litespeed is not a tested plugin so we can not help withh litespped settings, but you can check the officl documentation https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/
Thank you!
Hi,
On pages, you can import a gallery from the cloud and just replace the images with your images https://i.imgur.com/i9lO4Vo.jpeg and on posts, you can use the provided gallery in wordpress editor – https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/ – https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-slide-gallery/ Or in case it is not what you need, you can use a dedicated plugin for galleries.
Hi,
Yes, the section should be imported in a page, then at the bottom of the page will be add that section (after the import is done, the element will be the last one on that page).
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally, that code is present only when the tagDiv Mobile theme is used (with amp or without it).
If you can provide a link, we can review it and determine whether this is a different situation.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can get the menu page from Blockchain from here – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Mega-Mneu-Page.txt
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, this situation arises if you are using the mobile theme plugin and AMP. If you are using them, please disable it, clear teh cache, and check again.
Thank you!
Hi,
On Newsmag, the link color can be set globally using the theme panel option under theme color > general theme color theme accent color – https://prnt.sc/MwgDS0_d8Tir – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-theme-colors-introduction/
Hi,
I understand that you’ve installed the Default PRO pre-built website, correct? If so, it can be edited on the frontend using tagDiv Composer. Please try testing with only the theme’s required plugins enabled and check whether the scrolling issue in Composer still occurs. Under normal circumstances, you should be able to scroll down with your mouse without any problems.
The ads are managed through tagDiv Composer using the Ad Box element, so they can be removed or added from the Theme Builder with the same Ad Box element.
Additionally, the Theme Panel includes global ad sections. You can configure your ads there and then use the Ad Box element to display the ads you’ve set in the Theme Panel:
Regarding widgets, they are displayed using the newer Widgets system, but most users still prefer the Classic Widgets. The theme is now primarily built with elements created in tagDiv Composer, which can be edited directly on the frontend. However, if you prefer to use widgets, you can add them to a page and/or template by using the Widgets element available in tagDiv Composer.
HI,
Ok, I made some test and this seems to be working correctly, for example, I excluded the category Street fashion id 81 – https://i.imgur.com/9E0rhTp.png https://i.imgur.com/ftgsfeb.png and the articles from the rest of articles from the same lavel of the excluded category are displaying https://i.imgur.com/3xU4UKt.png
Hi,
If you’re using LiteSpeed Cache, please make sure that mobile caching is enabled. You can follow the official guide here: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/
After enabling mobile cache, please clear all existing cache.
Once this is done, the system should always display the correct cached version for each device (desktop and mobile).
Hi,
The error indicates that the PHP MySQL (mysqli) extension is not enabled on the server, which WordPress requires to connect to the database.
Hello,
This extension is provided by the host, and if they charge you extra for an option necessary for WordPress to function properly, what you can do is look for another hosting provider that can offer you the MySQL extension for free or in a service package.
Hi,
You can check the theme templates using the Theme Panel settings https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/all-archieve-pages-does-show-posts-only-the-header-posts-2-posts-are-shown/#post-539920
Another possible cause could be a plugin conflict. Please try disabling all plugins except the theme’s required plugins and check if the issue still persists.
If the problem remains, please provide the website link along with a few screenshots clearly showing the issue so we can further investigate.
Hi,
If you are using the Newsmag, please check the settings from the theme panel – templates – archive https://prnt.sc/jO2V5IlSSt2B
For categories, you can set them as this https://prnt.sc/5iebxPVj8fyz – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-category-templates/
Hi,
From what I understand, you’ve designed your desktop version and also created mobile pages and templates, right? If so, you need to edit the desktop and mobile versions separately. Also, make sure you’re using a cache plugin that can deliver separate caches for mobile and desktop; otherwise, whichever version is cached first will be displayed for both.
For categories, make sure that in your cloud template you’re using blocks with the filter set to “Current Category.” If you’re using loop elements, they will automatically filter the results once the cloud template is in use.
Hi,
I see, in this situation, please make a full backup for the website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access. Also, include the link to this topic to identify you faster. We’ll check it as soon as we can.
Thank you!
Please check the steps mentioned in this similar topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/implementar-podcast/
Hi,
It’s nice to have a podcast on your website. If you’d like to add it to a page, you can import a podcast section from the Cloud in Composer. Access the Cloud: https://i.imgur.com/PFRn55v.png
Search for podcast blocks and import the one you like: https://i.imgur.com/xG8iqLt.png
The block will be added to the bottom of the page, and you can drag it to any position you prefer on your website.
Also, make sure to create articles in audio format so they can be displayed in the podcast blocks – https://i.imgur.com/zceMuk7.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Hi,
Please try logging in because when you are logged in, usually the cache is not used. When you are in incognito and not logged in, it’s possible to get some cache.
Another test that can be done is using only the theme plugins and see if the problem persists. Also, do you use CDN/Cloudflare?
Right now, the cache appears to be applied on the site at https://i.imgur.com/SMQoXjg.png, and if you have a LiteSpeed server, certain server options may be interfering.
Also, do you use the cache option from the flex block element? https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Hi,
The theme has 2 different headers, one for desktop and one for mobile, so you can use tagDiv Composer edit the website – https://i.imgur.com/hdQvNx2.png – https://i.imgur.com/761rSUg.png to set an ad on the mobile header, use the mobile viewport and add the ad box in the place you’d like to be (just check to be on header one – https://i.imgur.com/EHiF1SD.png
For the problem with tagDiv Composer, could you provide some more details? Some screenshots or a short video?
Thank you!
