Hi, if the infinite loading appears after you click on save settings from theme panel, then most probably you have an admin-ajax.php error, check the console to see if you get some errors.
Normally, admin-ajax.php is blocked by modSecurity from host, it can be from firewall or other security modules/plugins.

Now about the flex blocks, the image on those are set on default, but in case that you install a pre-builder website, then the image size can be changed.

The theme version that you use is very only, it is over 4 years. Since then there are a few things that were changed and added, for the example tagdiv Composer that it is now the theme builder.
I recommend to make the theme update on staging or localhost and try to accommodate with the new version and make sure that everything is working and only after that update the main website but not before to be sure that you have a full backup.

It is possible that some of the theme files to be edited or affected by extra plugins and when you restore a backup those were back to normal. Also sometimes when the theme widgets are missing it can be because one of the theme plugin is not installed.

The theme do not have an option to remove the H1 tag entirely form the page, this must be set on logo or on the page title (depends on the page template that you have selected). Also to remove the H1 from those elements you must edit the theme files, for example if you use the default (path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/page.php) or the page builder with the latest articles (path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/page-pagebuilder-latest.php), or in case that you use the page with title template (wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/page-pagebuilder-title.php). after you remove the h1 from those templates that you use, then it will be display only the one set by you.

Please make a test and disable the SEO plugin, if the layout is back, then the SEO plugin is not compatible with our theme. If the problem is still persisting, please provide a link to your website.

The only solution it is to copy past the image box, it is no need to set it in a new row, but there is no option for pagination. Our theme have pagination only for the loop posts element.

If you ask me, I will go with the first solution, that can be done in a few minutes.
