Hi,
Unfortunately, for pages we do not have many filters, it can be use those files https://i.imgur.com/qpTfXcf.png for the moment the theme filters are more for the posts and for pages and cpt are only a few of them.

Hi,
This can be done using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/7PT8cXj.jpg, but I see that you already manage this https://i.imgur.com/le6jH8j.jpg
If there is anything else with we can help, let us know!

Hi fatih-2, unfortunately, there is no option to check and see the hide elements, usually those are hide per port view https://i.imgur.com/U00YXnx.png if you do not hide it on all of theme, then select one where this is display select it and after that change the view port where it is hide.
Another solution it is to add a custom css like this one: -> https://i.imgur.com/obrxzMW.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/C0g3rtv.jpg
The code is the one provided by Anamaria.
If you do not did like this, please let us know the steps you did.
Thank you!

Hi muktipolice, the suggestion that Anamaria provided to you is only for Newspaper theme in case that you are using the single post template, this was an option for infinite loading.
If you do not have any option like in our guide, please provide a link to your website to can check how this is acting, in this way we’ll be able to provide a properly answer.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi jasaj, there are more cache plugins that can be use with our theme. Here are some guides that we have:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/autoptimize-install-configuration/
Also for Cloudflare make sure that this is set like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also we have a small page speed guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
I hope this will help you!

Hi alec, what you can do is to move over tagDiv Standard pack to only tagDiv Cloud Templates (to can disable the standard pack), this should improve the performances.
Indeed there are more MySQL requests because each blocks that you have set make a request to the database.
Another solution it is to use a cache on database, this should solve the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,
That can be done like this:
First set 70% width on title https://i.imgur.com/tMRgx8O.png (as see that you did this), then set margins left and right auto -> https://i.imgur.com/n2e82e0.jpg and the title will be set like you want. (if you want you can make those settings con the column that contains the text, it should work too).
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi maaikewind, I can say that this can be an work around, but I think that it was easer if you used the mobile page https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ and this way the desktop and mobile pages and cloud templates had only the necessary elements.
Now about the box for the email address, that it looks like this https://i.imgur.com/JCWRpfq.png and this is normal, it is the responsive version for mobile, it is a little different then desktop version because was adapted to the small screens.
Thank you!

Hi ctemucin, our theme is using the normal resolutions standards (https://i.imgur.com/lcTld7l.png) unfortunately, there are no options to change/force desktop site on lower display, the only solution will be to create the mobile, iPad/tabled version to be more like desktop version.
Also from 1280×1024 and above the website should be display normally -> https://i.imgur.com/Qgkn8sD.png maybe only if you are using a demo that has rows set over 1200px. Can you please let us know what pre-build website are you using? Or a link to your website.
Thank you!

Hi,
This can be if you are using small images.
Also another case can be from a compress plugin that helps to optimize the website. Please make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem is still persisting.
In case that the problem is still there, please provide a link to your website to check this situation.
Thank you!

Hi, I do not think that this have something to do with our theme, I teste it again and for me everything is normal https://i.imgur.com/pL5KKaf.png most probably it is some security from your host, you can use the inspect from browser to check the console.

Hi MarleneBrewer, I just made a few tests and for me the theme is work normal and there are no problems with tagDiv Composer. Please make sure that there are not another plugins that are interfering and are in conflict with this one. Also make sure that the theme requirements are set like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In case that the problem is still persisting another think that you can do is to disable an delete all theme plugins and reinstall theme from Newsmag > plugins.
Let me know the results!

Hi bigdaddyemily1989 ,
The “Coolest Vanity Apps …” it is the post title that it is display on the slide element, for that you can remove the post title only with custom css, like this one:
-> https://i.imgur.com/wf4DGkz.jpg
.td_block_slide .td-module-title {
display: none;
}

This code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css.
In case that this is not apply, it is possible to have other element, so please let me know the name of the pre-build website you have installed -> https://i.imgur.com/O22apeu.png
Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme do not have an option for this (to expose randomly rather than fixed ads), but this I think that it can be doe using an ad plugin, a plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/
I hope this will help!

Calin

Hi palsys, if this code need to be use only for specific category page, then it must be set with some custom code, because the theme do not have an option for this. Also the code must be set in the theme files.
Another solution will be to use a dedicate ad plugin some of them have the ability to control where and when to display ads. If you want you can try some of them:
https://blog.hubspot.com/website/best-advertising-management-plugins-for-wordpress
I hope it will help you!

Hi muktipolice, from your above reply, I understand that you want to set the H1 only on blocks and that can be done using tagDiv Composer, https://i.imgur.com/GWZHE1T.png but, the think is that our theme is setting the H1 automatically on logo when you use page template default or with page builder or it set it on page title when you use the page title and this H1 can be remove only manually.
I hope that this time I was able to explain better.
Thank you!

Hi bigdaddyemily1989, Newsmag theme do not have an hero image, but it can be set a slide using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/dJko6Gl.jpg
If this is not helping, please provide some more details abut the element that you want to remove, also al ink to see the element will help a lot.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi muktipolice, you can remove them, use use one of the mentioned methods.
(A row it is made with columns, at list one and max 3, so if you no longer need a column like those from your screenshots, just delete the row https://i.imgur.com/GFToAFG.png)
Thanks.

Hi foreclosurepedia ,

Please try to not reply multiple times in the topic if possible, this will only delay our response. Replying multiple times will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest.

I will try to explain how our theme is working with Quote, this should work with the classic editor too.

Like Anamaria show you in that vide, the Quote can be edited from backed and it will display on frontend like you set it in backend. Also if there are no changes made on it by default in editor it will be display blue and uppercase (on frontend the color will be the one set for the accent color in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/mJF2y5H.png -> https://i.imgur.com/D6zeETF.png) also if you are using a single post template you can adjust it from here https://i.imgur.com/OrHMqoz.png using tagDiv Composer.
Now if you want to edit those that by default to be display different in backend not only on frontend, then yes you must edit this in theme files.
If you use the Gutenberg plugin then for the backend the code that need to be edited is this one chttps://i.imgur.com/nhTQfi2.png for classic editor the file is this one https://i.imgur.com/3IxbpFM.png

Thank you!

Hi mockaccino,
This situation appeaser because you are using an old theme version with the latest WordPress version.
As I can see there are only two options:
1 – update that theme to the latest version. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (use the method from FTP/cPanel also install from newspaper the tagDiv Standard pack.
2 – downgrade the WordPress under 5.5. -> https://increasily.com/how-to-downgrade-wordpress/
Also first you need to make a full backup for your website and database.
Thank you!

Hi,
It looks that for the moment the website it is in maintenance mode https://i.imgur.com/WbU8rWm.png and it can not be accessed to see the video.
Also I understand that you have the pulse pro pre-build website installed -> https://i.imgur.com/tZmyn4c.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/dEd3xfR.png here is a video that can help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also since the pre-build website that you have it is a Pro it is full editable with tagDiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
