We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because most website owners need a testing website in addition to the live one, and the theme must be activated there as well.
If you used the license key on more than 2 domains, you will need additional license keys. Also, we cannot interfere with domains that are online and use the theme that has been activated with the license key.

For CPTs, you can add Cloud Templates from Cloud Templates → CPT/Taxonomies https://i.imgur.com/pqIa2fo.png
Please note that these templates use different elements than Single or Category templates, so the same template used for Articles cannot be applied to CPTs. Since you’re using tagDiv Composer, you can edit a CPT template and adjust the layout as needed.
At the moment, we offer fewer templates specifically for CPTs, but I’m confident you’ll find one that works well as a base for customization.

I believe you are referring to the ext spot_img, which is displayed like that because there was previously a banner image set, but the image was deleted from the Media Library.
To fix this, please use tagDiv Composer, edit the page or template, and select the spot_image element. Make sure it is set as an Ad Box element, then go to the Image tab. There you will find the option to remove the image. Click Remove to delete the link that no longer exists.
For the related articles, select the element and go to the Layout tab. There, choose the option to display one module per row/line.

Also, please check whether you are using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. This plugin is not necessary if you want the mobile version to be the same as the desktop version, as it is only used to display a simpler blog layout on mobile devices.

If the problem persists, I recommend creating a staging site and updating the PHP version to 8.3 there. If the issue persists, please disable the plugins one by one to check whether any plugin is not compatible with the PHP version.

This issue can occur for different reasons. One possible cause could be a plugin conflict, so please run a test using only the tagDiv plugins and check if the verification process works.
Another possible reason could be the permalinks. Please perform a test by setting the permalinks to ‘Plain’ and then check if the verification process works.

That is a very old theme version. However, even after updating the theme, the website should look the same. Before making any changes, please ensure you have a full backup.
