The tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin no longer provides a fully responsive version. It can be used if you want a simple mobile layout, such as for a blog. However, if you are looking for a responsive version with the same layout and content as the desktop site, this cannot be achieved using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin.
The improved speed you are seeing is mainly due to the simpler layout. If you build the site using only one or two blocks similar to how the mobile theme works the performance results will be quite comparable.
A responsive version, however, loads all elements from the desktop layout. To achieve better speed in this case, you need to optimize CSS and JavaScript, use a reliable caching solution, and in some situations, adjust the page content itself. Pages with many blocks, images, and elements will naturally load slower than pages with fewer components.

The code above was created specifically for the functions.php file of a child theme. I cannot guarantee that it will work exactly the same way when used as a code snippet it may work as is, but some adjustments could be required.
Even though this may not be the exact solution you requested, I made an effort to find a reliable alternative. While this falls outside the scope of the theme’s official support, I provided the most dependable option that can be reused by anyone through a child theme. I hope this proves helpful.

The issue you’re experiencing may be related to the image used as the logo on mobile. Could you please set a mobile specific logo with dimensions of 60×60 pixels? I believe this matches the width and height currently used for the mobile logo.
If a larger image is used, it will be resized the first time, which is likely why you see the large space initially. Another test you could try is removing the logo from the mobile menu entirely to see how the layout is affected.

I get what you mean! Unfortunately, there’s no option to do exactly that. Right now, search results first show posts that have the word in the title, sorted by latest, and then it shows posts where the word is in the content, also sorted by latest.
I understand you’d like all results to be mixed together and sorted purely by date, regardless of whether the word is in the title or content. Sadly, that’s not possible right now.
The reason it works this way is that matches in the title are considered more relevant, while matches in the content might just mention the word in passing and could be about something else.

I understand what you want to achieve. Unfortunately, we haven’t tested the Polylang plugin with our theme, so we cannot provide a solution or guarantee compatibility for it.
Our theme is normally tested with WPML, which allows you to create different Cloud Templates for each language (check if the Polylang plugin provides this option). For example:
When you select Arabic, you can use and edit a template in RTL.
When you select French, it can be a completely different template.

I understand what you mean, but right now the site doesn’t behave as if there’s a main directory and a subdirectory. When I access the link you provided, it looks like any other page on the site, and the search runs across the entire site (I hope I’m explaining this clearly).
I believe what you’re trying to achieve can be done with WordPress Multisite. With multisite: the main site would be christianconnection.com and christianconnection.com/dating-advice/ would be a separate site within the multisite network. The search would then work specifically within christianconnection.com/dating-advice/?= when you’re on that site.
This setup would isolate the search to that sub-site rather than the entire main site.

Please check it in the General tab. Maybe you have set an offset on that Flex bloc; if so, remove the offset. How many articles are added to that category? If you try opening the site in an incognito window or in a different browser without any extensions, the ad should display correctly.

Please check whether you are using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. This plugin is not necessary if you want the mobile version to be the same as the desktop version, as it is only used to display a simpler blog layout on mobile devices.

1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/apZQZ0o.png
2. Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience but is limited in edits and changes.

Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.

Related to the cache, please check in the cache plugin documentation if this supports mobile cache if you are using the mobile page/template or tagDiv Mobile theme.

Also, the tagDiv Mobile theme is the only one that can be used for AMP. Unfortunately, the options for editing the layout are only a few. Also, pages need to be remade using the mobile editor only:

Please set a limit for the number of posts. Without this, pagination pages cannot be generated correctly because the system does not know how many articles should be displayed per page.

This happens because normally there should be only one Featured Image element. When the Single Post Featured BG Image element is used, it will display only the image. When the other Single Post Featured Image element is used, it automatically displays the image, video, or audio, depending on what is available.
If you want to use both elements, the best approach is to create a separate Single Post Template: Keep your current template as it is.
Create another template that uses only one Featured Image element.
Next, create a category called Audio (or something similar) and assign the Single Post Template that contains both Featured Image elements to this category. You can do this from Newspaper > Theme Panel > Categories (see: https://i.imgur.com/WMuJgfj.png ).
This way: The global Single Post Template will use only one Featured Image.
Posts assigned to the Audio category will use the template with two Featured Image elements.
Finally, make sure to assign the Audio category to your audio articles so they use the correct Single Post Template.

It appears that not all the plugins used previously were installed after the theme update. Please go to Newspaper > Plugins and install and activate the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, as this is the one causing the error on your articles. After that, please clear all caches.
Each time you update the theme, make sure to also update all the theme-related plugins you are using. It’s a good practice to check which plugins were active before the theme update and ensure they are updated as well. If needed, you can update them manually one by one from Newspaper > Plugins.
