Hi,
When you are not using the responsive version on mobile you need to make sure that the cache use have the option to cache and provide a cache separate for mobile, also for Cloudflare you need to have Enable ‘Cache by device type” (APO users) option; unfortunately, this is not in the free version.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with Envira; therefore, we can not say for sure how it is working with our theme and if there are problems.
But in similar situations related to the gallery from wordpress were related to SEO plugins, like Yoast SEO ( go to Yoast Settings > Site basics and make sure that the option for “Force rewrite titles” is disabled – https://i.imgur.com/XdEl9cv.png), Rank Math SEO plugin, if you have it disable the Slack Enhanced Sharing option from the plugin: https://prnt.sc/XuShc0tCzQvy

Hi,
The theme has 2 types of review, those that can be seen only by the author https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/. If you have a single post template, then just make sure that you also add to it the element for reviews you want to use.
The second option for review option is for letting user/visitors leave a review https://forum.tagdiv.com/user-reviews/
Hi,
We are glad you were able to resolve the problems you encountered.
Hi,
The global font option can be used for any font, whether it’s a Google Font or a custom font (https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/). This setting applies only to the font family. The font size, line height, and other typography settings must be configured manually for each element through the theme settings.
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed, old blocks do not have this option, have a preset thumb that can not be changed, only the flex blocks. Just for a test, set a flex block and see if it looks better.
Hi,
I have tried the column order settings, they seem to work. For example in a row with 3 columns, with a custom order set for mobile https://prnt.sc/vgrhp0 -> https://prnt.sc/vgri6i Be sure to activate this setting for that respective row on mobile https://prnt.sc/vgrj33 It should work the same for you.

Hello,
Sorry, I misunderstood it. If you are referring to when a user creates an account, you can set the username and email on the same field for email registration and separate them with + +. Unfortunately, the model from the image does not have that option. Still, you can use the element “Page login/register” https://i.imgur.com/CKLfaL0.png. This element can be set with the tagDiv Composer in a page that will be used for login and registration. You can combine it with the element menu login that allows you to set the links for login/register pages – https://i.imgur.com/fOUowam.png. To use those elements, you need to have the tagDiv Opt-in Builder plugin installed and activated.
Thank you!
Hi,
This situation appears because you are using the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin instead of the responsive version. To have the same layout and content as on desktop, please go to plugins and look for the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, disable it, clear all cache, and the responsive version will be displayed.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
We received the email. We’ll continue there.
Thank you!
Hi,
It looks like you’ve also contacted us by email. To keep everything in one place, we recommend continuing the conversation there, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

Hi,
I’m glad that you found a workaround for the problem.
Hi,
If you checked the above guide for staging and also everything from the theme requirements is set, and the problem persists. please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin access and cPanel for the subdomain. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be edited using tagDiv Composer. Select the mobile viewport and you can revert the row columns order – https://i.imgur.com/D1ottlk.png https://i.imgur.com/yZGWyLf.png Also, you can edit the column on each viewport. Currently, I think that on mobile, the width set for the desktop version is used.

Hi,
Using the mobile theme and AMP is no longer recommended as it once was.
Mobile theme and amp are limited; you can use only the theme panel options under mobile theme.
I also made some tests – https://i.imgur.com/3dv4Uyw.png. Unfortunately, I cna not recreate the problem. Could you please let me know the settings you have on the mobile theme and amp to recreate it?
Thank you!
Hi,
Please edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer and check the thumb from your image https://i.imgur.com/0ggrsNt.png
Also, in a few cases, there were extra image-optimization plugins that were interfering with and reducing image quality. If this is ok for the article, the main suspect is the thumbnail used on the block.
Thank you!
Hi omarfilip,
The theme module is configured to allow login using either the username or the email address (not both at the same time), as shown in your screenshot. As long as one of these is used, the login should work correctly.
Regarding applying changes in the child theme, this is only possible when using a standard header. If a cloud header is in use, it cannot be overridden via the child theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, this is related to the cache and cache settings. Check to see if the flex block has any cache set on the block https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Also, if this is resolved after you clear the cache, it can be from a cache option from your cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hi attp, please check this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-remove-tagdiv-advertisments-on-mobile/#post-538042
Hi,
Use tagDiv Composer, edit the page and select the ad box element, there in the image ad tab you’ll see the banner added and you can remove it or replace it https://i.imgur.com/Pd8Ekr8.png for more details, you can check this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, the ads in prebuilt websites are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport for phone and click on remove txt from holdin the image/banner, or select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png

Hi,
If you download the theme package, then you’ll get the WPBakery plugin inside it under the path Newspaper-tf\code\other_plugins\js_composer.zip
Thank you!
Hi,
If you imported the “Section 2 – Cali Sight” and you want the exact same layout, then you need to install the plugin “Cali Sight Plugin” – https://i.imgur.com/ciSHrIf.png. Another alternative is to import a module you’d like to use from the cloud – https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/ https://i.imgur.com/WJPcZ9b.png

Hi,
Unfortunately, our theme does not support this type of auto-scroll functionality. Our blocks
do include an option to automatically load additional articles via the Filter tab by setting Pagination to Infinite Load or Infinite Load (show “Load more” after X pages). However, this behavior is slightly different.
From your screenshot, I believe the content scrolls within the same section. If that is the case, our option will not behave in the same way.
That said, after you add the block to the page where you need it, please provide the page URL and let me know which block you are using. I can then create custom CSS for that section to try to achieve a similar result.
Thank you!
Hi,
This issue is related to the settings of the pop-up element used in the header, specifically the option that controls whether it is displayed before or over the content.
To remove the border, please set the border value to 0, as shown here: https://i.imgur.com/h7aK6Mf.png
Thank you!
