Hi,
If you are using plugin version 3.9.2, there should be no issues.
You can refer to the following screenshots for confirmation: https://i.imgur.com/avYb97q.png
According to the developers at Wordfence, the warning message may still appear even when version 3.9.2 is installed. This happens because the plugin information includes the build timestamp:(Version: 3.9.2 | built on 22.10.2025 10:59)
This is not a problem, and the plugin is no longer vulnerable. The version number itself will be updated in the next theme update, which is expected to be released in January.
Thank you!
Hi,
To resolve the search problem, it will be need to replace the current theme plugin tagDiv Composer with the one from here – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/td-composerfix.zip
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked the page, and this looks ok. The only thing that is not ok is the gallery; this is because of the Yoast SEO plugin. Please go to Yoast Settings > Site basics and make sure that the option for “Force rewrite titles” is disabled – https://i.imgur.com/XdEl9cv.png. This should resolve the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok, first make sure that in the theme panel > thumb section https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ you have enabled only teh thumbs you are using. Enabling extra thumbs will only generate that thumb size and will not be used.
Another plugin to try is Media Cleaner.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m glad you found the option for the sticky menu background color.
If you have any other questions related to the theme, please let us know.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve just checked the website and the gallery is displaying correctly. However, I believe the issue is that it no longer opens in a pop-up. Am I right?
I’d suggest creating a staging environment so we can safely test whether this behavior is caused by a plugin or by the theme itself.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin and cPanel access. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, the Newsmag theme does not include this option. Sorry about that.
We also haven’t tested any plugins that provide this functionality, so we can’t confidently recommend one that will work. Our best suggestion is to try 2–3 plugins and see which one works best for your specific setup.
I appreciate your understanding!
Hi,
Please do not share your credentials on the forum.
Usually, the solution is to add the code from the bottom of this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ meaning this one – https://i.imgur.com/ZlWT2NJ.png in the htaccess file.
Then the issue should be solved.
Hi emmalabbe, this doesn’t seem to be related to the Classic Editor plugin. It’s more likely caused by a different plugin.
If you’d like, you can test this by enabling only the tagDiv plugins and checking whether the issue still occurs. Also, please check the browser console to see if any errors appear when the editor tries to open.
Hi,
Please do a test using only the theme plugins to be sure that there is no extra plugin interfering.
Also, please check our guide for When tagDiv Composer is Not Working.
Thank you!
Thanks, we’ll continue via email.
Hi,
This can be done using the tagDiv Composer, select the button and in the Style tab set the second color for background color – https://i.imgur.com/QWk1Gjb.png
Thank you!
Hi ishaque001, if you are referring to the infinite Loading for Single Posts the guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/ will help you. You’ll see the option on the single post template, click on the right icon as is displayed in the guide.
In case if you want to have a block with the infinite Loading option, you can use tgaDiv Composer and in the filter tab set the pagination on infinite load – https://i.imgur.com/g5zfD5O.png
Hi,
Pages indeed have a template named ” pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination” we have a guide for how it can be set that template or another one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally, you can use a plugin that will delete the thumbs of images that are no longer in use. The plugin is Force Regenerate Thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/
Hello,
If is coming to a page or cloud template, you can use the copy-paste method: simply copy the cloud template from one site and paste it into a cloud template on the other site. But this will need to be done manualy for each page and cloud template, image post that you want to transfer.
Another solution will be to use the wordpress tools https://learn.wordpress.org/tutorial/tools-import-and-export/
Thank you!
Hi Kate,
Yes, you can set individual and global headers per pages and cloud templates. This means if you have more cloud templates per categories, you can choose to use the global header or you can assign an individual header. So you need to have a cloud category template, you can duplicate it and assign each one you want on different categories, then on each duplicate category template use tagDiv Composer, access the Manager and click on the header name you want to have on that category, the header category will be green like this https://i.imgur.com/5Sk3wR7.png
Thank you!
Hi,
There’s no need to set it as a template. In fact, there isn’t an option to do so. However, you can duplicate it as many times as needed and edit each duplicated page as you like. https://i.imgur.com/eyXAwAB.png
Hi,
The screenshot is referring to the last code from the guide:
In some cases, the mod_substitute module default configuration may cause a timeout error on TD Composer when loading large pages. To fix this you have to add the following lines in the .htaccess file located in your website main folder: – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Hello,
Thank you for the recommendation. I will add this suggestion to our improvement list and forward it to the theme development team.

Hi,
For me, the social share buttons are loading in under one second. If you want, you can use a css to remove the transaction.
What you can try for the social share is this custom css:
.td-js-loaded .td-post-sharing {
-webkit-transition: opacity 0.01s!important;
transition: opacity 0.01s!important;
opacity: 1!important;
}
.tdb_category_sibling_categories .entry-category {
transition: opacity 0.01s ease 0s!important;
opacity: 1!important;
}
Set it in this place – https://i.imgur.com/AAhP46N.png between style tags – https://i.imgur.com/AAhP46N.png

Hello,
This issue is not related to the theme update. We have a few other clients experiencing the same problem, and in their cases it was related to an SEO plugin. Please check the SEO plugin you are using and make sure it is updated to the latest version.
For users with the Yoast SEO plugin who have the gallery problem, please go to Yoast Settings > Site basics and make sure that the option for “Force rewrite titles” is disabled – https://i.imgur.com/XdEl9cv.png. This should resolve the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked the website, and it looks like the element is displaying correctly. However, the issue shown here (https://i.imgur.com/k8gNiN3.png) seems to occur when entering the username and password.
Are you seeing any errors in the browser console? Also, does the problem persist when you deactivate all extra plugins and keep only the theme’s required plugins (without cache plugins)?
Thank you!
