Hi,
This has been fixed for the upcoming theme update, which we expect to release in January. Unfortunately, I don’t have an exact date yet.
Thank you!

Hi depatech,
If you have the latest version and you face a critical error when using the search, it will be need to replace the current theme plugin tagDiv Composer with the one from here – https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/td-composerfix.zip
Thank you!

Hello,

We generally recommend using the WordPress editor (classic editor or gutenberg) to create articles, as these editors are thoroughly tested and fully compatible with our theme templates.
While it is possible to use a different editor, we cannot guarantee that everything will work correctly.
Our theme is tested with the free version of Elementor, but only for pages specifically, new pages created from scratch using Elementor. Editing existing pages with Elementor is not supported.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi SBC,
We’ll need some more details related to the installation process you made.
Make sure that you used our guide for this:
How to Install Newspaper via WordPress
OR
How to Install Newspaper via FTP
After that, you need to make sure that the theme is activated: How to Activate the Theme
Then you can install the pre-built website you want to use for your website: Installing Pre-built Websites
Thank you!

Hi Suhasbhat,
I think that you have the Newspaper theme and not the Newsmag theme. Using the Newspaper theme, it is possible to use a cloud single post template that needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer. Another case is to have standard templates, but the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin should not be installed from Newspaper plugins.
Notice: in case you have set a single post t

Hi,
The text and social share you have in the provided image are not related to the theme and I believe that they are coming from an extra plugin you are using. Please check the existing plugins you have and the settings for those.

Hi,

You can use the tagDiv Composer to create pages and templates, not individual posts.

What happened is that you added a Text with Title element to a single post template. Each time you thought you were editing the post content, you were actually editing that fixed element in the template. Because it’s a static element, the same text appears on all articles that use this template.

Instead, you should use the Post Content element. This element automatically renders the content created in the WordPress editor (Classic Editor or Gutenberg) and will display the correct, unique content for each post.

Hi,
I just checked the website using my mobile, and I do not see any arabic text. Did you manage to resolve it? If not, could you provide some screenshots?

Hi,
The theme includes an Article schema that can be disabled in Theme Panel → Post Settings (https://i.imgur.com/XmkR5bg.png).
We recommend disabling this option if you are using an SEO plugin to avoid schema conflicts.
If you can provide a link to the website where the problem is happening, I can take a look.
Thank you!

HI,
If I correctly understand you like that the specialist post https://dviraciukultura.lt/arturas-cesnelis/ has this layout – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_doctors_pro/tdcpt_doctors/herman-rehema/ that is the template assigned to the CPT doctors and you can import it from the cloud or create a similar but adjusted one after your custom fields – https://i.imgur.com/0AQCfO5.png https://i.imgur.com/qxYxlcO.png

Hi,
Those are old blocks, and they are working correctly, but you need to set the theme according to the construction they have (small columns, full columns …), using the flex block. This can be edited on any type of column you use by selecting the thumbnail you want to use and adjusting the height and width of the image.

Hi,
You can use the element “Page login/register” https://i.imgur.com/CKLfaL0.png. This element can be set with the tagDiv Composer in a page that will be used for login and registration. You can combine it with the element menu login that allows you to set the links for login/register pages – https://i.imgur.com/fOUowam.png. To use those elements, you need to have the tagDiv Opt-in Builder plugin installed and activated.
Thank you!

Hello ebomb321,
This situation occurs because you are proceeding completely incorrectly. Articles should be created using the WordPress editor, while the theme only provides templates to be used for articles (Single Post Shortcodes). From what I can tell, you edited the article template itself and added a text element, which you then kept modifying.

Hello,

Unfortunately, our plugin does not include a migration tool. If there are already existing paid subscriptions—even a small number—migrating to the tagDiv Opt-in Builder would require manual work. This means adding each user individually and creating their subscription manually.

If there are only a few subscribers, this may not be an issue. However, if there are many, the process would be very time-consuming. In this situation, my recommendation is to keep the current membership plugin.

As an alternative, custom development work could be done to create a migration tool that would allow you to import subscribers automatically. Please note that this would be a paid service, billed at $50 per hour. The exact number of hours required cannot be estimated in advance.

If you are interested in this option, please email services@tagdiv.com, and our colleagues will provide more details regarding the timeline and cost.

Thank you!

Hi,
If the text for the category description is set and is not displayed, it is possible that this element will not be added to the cloud template. Here is what you should do, edit the cloud category template (https://i.imgur.com/iJ9jT3q.png or https://i.imgur.com/hpKpE3I.png) with tagDiv Composer and add teh description element – https://i.imgur.com/obmxUXL.png

Hi,
To cache mobile and desktop separately in LiteSpeed, enable “Separate View for Mobile Devices” in the LSCache plugin, ensure matching User-Agent rules in your .htaccess (or let the plugin handle it), and crucially, ensure LSCache directives come before other rules.
But, as mentioned above, on Cloudflare, you must enable ‘Cache by device type” (APO users) option; and this is only on the paid version.

Hi,
You need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the logo on homepage and the footer – https://i.imgur.com/yGB8e92.png – select teh logo, remove the text logo and svg code – https://i.imgur.com/7KcVSHH.jpeghttps://i.imgur.com/pU6pReT.png

Hi,
I’m glad you found the cause of the issue and that everything worked out in the end.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
If it works in Safari but not in Chrome, the issue is likely browser-related. This can be caused by Chrome extensions, cached files or cookies, or an outdated Chrome version.
Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme do not generate title tags, those need to be manually added, therfore this must be from an extra plugin that you are using.
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
By default, the H1 tag is applied to the logo. If you’re using Cloud, you can use the tagDiv Composer to remove the H1 from the logo (you need to do this for both mobile and desktop views).
Here’s an example: https://i.imgur.com/0BjZdOj.png

Hi,
Normally, that border should be removed now. Could you contact us via email at contact@tagdiv and provide temporary wp-admin acess to check the situation with the border?

Calin

Hi,
Please make sure that on mobile viewport you have exactly those settings, width and height 100% border 0 and position over content.
Thank you!
