Did you perform a clean update? Please make sure that the theme and theme plugins were not overwritten or replaced. Also, check whether you’re using a child theme—if you are, please disable it temporarily and run a test.

Regarding the tagDiv Cloud Library, you can install Query Monitor to identify which request is causing the issue. It’s usually related to an element that was updated, especially since the problem appeared after the theme update.

Many plugins are currently incompatible with WP 6.9, including major ones like Yoast, WooCommerce, and Elementor, Rank Math (just made a new update promising to fix the errors), all of which had to release emergency updates. WP 6.9 introduced changes to core code that have broken a lot of functionality.

Now in case you created a mobile page, then when you edit the desktop version the mobile page will not be updated since it is a different page.
If you want to have the same layout, just use the responsive version, no mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
